I saw them at O2 Academy Birmingham 2018 and they was amazing live it was my first time and we had pictures of the whole band. best day of my life. best band ever Matt, Chris, Elliot, Joe best men ever nice and polite ;) @theamazons
I wouldn't say it's god awful, it has its weaknesses, his technique and control is poor still. But even so, that's a super tough song to sing with power, and as last song of the night its an even more difficult ask.
His voice on Jools Holland’s show is what you may call god awful... however I saw them live a month ago at o2 Brixton and my goodness he can sing. And he can scream/shout sing too. Was so good live! Definitely has come a long way! I imagine nerves was a factor in their earlier performances. 😌

It's really good now. I saw them live for the 2nd time in February and it sounded better than the srudio
