I was forgotten once, I traveled the world in my youth bringing home messages that fell on deaf ears to my trusted folk. I couldn't understand why they could not see what I had seen, or feel what I had felt. They had television as their truth. Even after my wounds could say stop....they listened to a greater voice in a world full the sounds of "those other people". I came home and stayed away and I stayed alone...for decades.
