One thing I forgot to mention! Forbidden Jewels are the new Guardian ones for the elemental relic: They felt very very powerful (and added a LOT more damage) but slightly inconsistent. Definitely worth it. Alternate option would be Heirophant's arcane surge ascendancy or even the minimum power/endurance charge node. Overall this one was a banger. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did!

I knew there must be a better way to build it but just wasn't able to crack the mystery. At least now I can stop thinking about it and copy some of your ideas

Hey brother, lotta great information here. I was chatting with the guy you sold the gear to and he said it's incredible for boss rush invitations but that it's not good at much else. Are there any changes you'd make to transition it to Sanctum or other farm strats?
Call of the brotherhood makes it freeze on sanctum pretty consistently (at the loss of a small amount of damage). I personally almost exclusively ran sanctum and invitations on this build and pretty much nothing else (although I mapped for like 1 day on it using the explode flask). TLDR: For generic mapping I would swap brand attachment range mastery to brands reattach and swap flask to oriath's end. For sanctum I would just swap a ring to call of the brotherhood.
How did you get those 2 Large cluster jewels? there are pretty much none on the market now, only one with low tier mods. Did you craft them? if so how?
Best base to start with would probably be a 12 passive ilvl84 elemental damage cluster. It needs to be ilvl84 to roll t1 mods. From there you would fracture the 4% all resistance on small passives, and then go to the harvest bench and reforge attack. This garuntees any tier of small passive attk/cast speed for ele skills, so its about a 1/3.5 to hit t1. From there you just reforge till you hit t1 35% increased effect of passives, after which you would exalt/annul for the third mod. Alternatively, if you dont want to do full t1 mods, then you can just start by using reforge attack on an ilvl84 elemental damage cluster. The life and the res dont need to be t1, but the effect and the cast speed HAVE to be to reach 4% cast speed per small node (massive damage boost), so at least go for both of those at t1.
Elemental relics completly sucks dude, you losing buffs every time you shield charge and move faster and convocation must be used so they keep uo with your char. Allso the chance to ooo them is silly buffs auuea area of efect barely works for your radius lol Its the worse remake of ascendancy ever and ive had very exencive aura staker in delirium ,good times

How's the dmg vs hexblast?
Lower. Storm Brand does not have a lot of damage as a skill, it mostly just feels good to play.
is this version better than your rage storm brand in 3.20
I believe so, yes. Way cheaper to put together and more cost efficient than that build.
