- Friday 24th May was the fantastic opening day of Hyperia at @ThorpeParkOfficial
Watch as Hayley captures the mornings atmosphere before the park opens as well as taking you through to the opening ceremony.
Half way through the day were reunited after Chris had a epic 3 hour journey to Thorpe park to experience Hyperia for the first time, hear his thoughts of the ride and ara and more.

Wow, one of my most memorable days as a thoosie so far. Incredible...simply incredible. Feel so lucky to have this beauty 1hr 30mins down the road. 👌

I (Chris) managed to get there at 4.30 after work wasn't the best but i got to experience it

I’m so glad Chris was able to make it! We were worrying they would close the queue early as it was a steady 2-4 hours all day but they kept it open and we got to experience a special day together! H :)

The baggage hold is exactly the same as icon, I can’t advise as I couldn’t do it hands free until my 3rd ride! H :)

Is there enough g-force to make someone pass out on the ride 😭?
I don’t think so maybe on the first drop but we didn’t get that feeling, think it’s more airtime than g force
