I’m already at that stage where I’m shifting from 3-D in 2021 when I awakened to 4D and now I know I’m shifting into 5D and three years ago I didn’t know what anything I just said right now even meant…. I am not sure, but I hope that this helps me out with quitting smoking because I have tried everything over the counter and prescribed and the side effects are the worst and it just triggers my anxiety, depression etc and I would rather try this and continue doing it for however long it takes me to quit and get through it than to continue taking all the medications to quit - sleep meditation hasn’t let me down in other aspects and areas of my life
Get the book The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. I read the book, had zero cravings or withdrawal & never smoked again! Everyone I gave a copy too or told to try it quit as well! I was a Hypnotist for 5 years & helped many people quit smoking but that book is legit. 🙏

Don't hope feel yourself as your falling asleep running because you can breathe nit wanting a cigarette or vape FEEL WHAT THAT FEELS LIKE and you WILL QUIT
