It's a great game for all the people who stopped playing shooters because they were the same thing over and over again. The mechs feel like a gimmic at first, but after a while you realize how effectively the mechs control the ebb and flow of gameplay. If you've played Titanfall, have you ever asked yourself how you even manage to FIND the enemies? Seriously, the maps are way too big for just 12 players. When the mechs start dropping, old tactics get thrown out the window. It forces the player to think quick and be resourceful. It solves core designs faults that gave birth to annoyances such as camping, spamming, respawn blocking, and so on.
Titanfall is a great game, no doubt, but anyone who says it's a big step forward or innovative is kidding themselves. It's a step forward in multiplayer in the same way Uncharted is innovative in single player. It's combining things we've already seen before, not making new things we haven't.

From a design standpoint, it is innovative, and I'd argue it's one of the only innovative multiplayer shooters we've seen in the past 5 years. That's the perspective of the critics anyway. When you're reviewing a game, you can't just look at it as the sum of its parts. You have to consider the quality of the *experience* of the game. That's why critics have a hard time giving the game bad scores, because it is such a step forward in multiplayer FPS design.

Like it or not, Titanfall is going to be the newest FPS for a looooong ass time. Sure we got Infamous Second Son coming up for the PS dudes, and Watch Dogs as well, but Titanfall will be pretty much the freshest traditional FPS title for months and months to come. So instead of just automatically hating on it because it uses the Source engine, actually give it a fucking try. I was skeptical at first but it's honestly pretty damn fun. The parkour makes you feel like you have a lot more freedom and turns everything into a pathway, while the Titan gameplay is what'd you'd expect it to be: Bad fucking ass. Or you could just continue to be a fucking hipster who doesn't actually play any games because you hate them all for whatever reason. Whatever floats your boat.

You really need to play it Killa. I've seen it around for a while getting hyped and thought it looks ok I guess. Then saw some reviews and some of my mates said they were going to grab so I considered buying it. After playing the beta I was sold. The balance of the pilots Vs Titans is exceptional. If you like shooters you'll love Titanfall. I play Cod + BF. They both have their merits, TF is right up there with them.

7.5. I bought this for the 360, and not counting the obvious graphical downgrade, I really like it. Its a hell of a good time, really it is. I am not too fussed abiut lack of game modes, literally all I play is TDM (Attrition). Its nice and straight forward. But the graphics are nice and the gameplay is outstanding. Its cardinal sin is the rest of it. Its barebones as hell, hardly even a full game!

This game is good, but it could have been great if they had a strong single player campaign... This could have been this gen's Halo or MW1.. MP is a fun portion of a game, but the soul of a game comes from it's single player... That's why games like Mass Effect, Zelda, God of War, Bioshock, Half Life, The Last of Us, Uncharted, etc are so revered... MP is like a fun roller coaster ride, while playing a great single player game is like watching a great movie or novel..
I agree with you on your analogy part. But I disagree with you on your opinion that the game would have been better with a single player campaign. I feel the fact that they didn't have a single player campaign made the game better because they dedicated all of their resources on perfecting the multiplayer, which made the game miles above any other multiplayer game.

Yeah but they honestly don't compare. Destiny is a completely different formula than this. It's multiplayer is way more competitive as it relies on how good you are in single player or coop. It's mmo rpg style. If you get a rare weapon that's really good in single player you bring it into multiplayer and you have a big advantage. It's completely different from titanfall and cod. The hype is under stand able because it's new and isn't entirely focused on multiplayer, while still being a shooter

Trevor Hoffman Part of the reason why it is getting such a low score is due to the lack of a singleplayer campaign in a full priced title. Instead of obsessing over a stupid number you should be judging games by how fun they are to you. After playing it myself I feel like it is most definitely a cod killer and will suck endless hours out of people. The multiplayer is so much more balanced than any cod game ever was, that is for sure.
This game has 3 Assault rifles and 2 SMGs, 1 Shotgun, and 2 Sniper rifles, 1 LMG and the Smart Pistol. That are all Primary weapons. Seariously, what were they thinking?!

Got this one for free from a nearby store promotion and quite honestly, had it not been free I wouldn't have bought it anyway. It's real cool and does feel slightly different but for these multiplayer based shooters, I've grown accustom to getting more for your money. I buy a CoD and I'm treated with a coop mode and a decent single player coupled with the main show of multi. BF also has a single player which they ruined twice (bring the writers from Bad Company already) aside from the multi. I understand these because I'm paying 60$ for a full package, not a small handful of maps which is all TitanFall offers. (I dislike having to bring this game up but...) I liked the setup that Brink had as much as I disliked the game. Available offline multiplayer and side challenges with other coop features. Here, I feel like they had a huge missed opportunity to delve into the universe which sounds pretty awesome but....well....we can't have everything I guess.
lol yes. I got a key for free and yea ill admit the game is fun but its not worth 60 bucks. Since origin games tend to go on sale a month later for half the price, I'd recommend getting it later. I was able to get bf4 for 20 bucks the month after and im glad I didnt spend 60 bucks on it.
Why are so many people complaining? Yes Titanfall is not "Game of the Year" material. Yes it falls short in some places and is frankly too expensive for what it offers. On the other hand it's still one of the best FPSs out there at the moment, if not THE best. Says a lot about the market I guess. It's not the saviour of the new gaming generation, but not a bad experience either- just be happy and shut up.
Titanfall had so much potential but didn't quite make it. 6v6 isn't enough, bots are pointless (Their only in the game so that 'bad' players can have a good KD ratio), little customization, the creatures are just moving scenery, can you even call that a campaign?. Tho it does have some positives. Like the gameplay is smooth and balanced and the game is fun with friends. (Playing solo not so much). Easily a 7/10.
6v6 and the bots tie in. imagine its 12v12 and one team gets their titans before the other team and the other cant get them up, you then have 12 titans running around against 12 players. or you have 12 titans vs 12 titans an woould be WAY over crowded. and then the bots are there so that when there aren't titans you aren't running around looking for 1/6 players to kill. and the creatures are interactable, you can kill them for a couple extra points(though its almost impossible unless in a titan) and occasionally they will pick up a bot and eat it. and there is a fair bit of customization, though I would like to see more.
If you kill bits they don't count towards your KD ratio. Your KD is based on the pilot kills. ( actual players). So before you say false statements try to search up what your going to say. As the bots are in the game to balance it out. But people who have yet to play the game don't truly understand all this.

I think the 8.9 score is more than fair! If anything its generous. I think people have forgotten how a 10 point scale works! Not everything can get a 9.6 or more, otherwise whats the point of the scale! This game, while entertaining, is over-hyped. And the fact that it feels like its missing stuff (like the obvious answer, a lack of singleplayer, but also the MP matchmaking stuff) only compounds this issue. Im just glad I didnt buy into the hype and I waited to buy this game. Im also glad I didnt get whipped up into a frenzy like a lot of people, my friends included, and got tricked into buying the xboxone just for this game. I saved myself a lot of money haha!
Respawn wanted to get the game out pronto so some of the features are not there but free DLCs are coming which will deliver those bits that make the game ever so better.
The Novelty that are the titans wear thin pretty quickly. You become more of a giant walking target as apposed to a formidable machine capable of holding it's own ground. The game is so formulaic that I can't help but bother put it down after a while. Farm bots and the occasional player, get titan and kill as much before your quick and inevitable death, eject, repeat. I've never had an instance play out any differently than what I've just described. The guns are okay, but aside from the smart pistol it's all run of the mill shooter weapons that play exactly as you'd expect. The movement as a ground unit is the most exhilarating aspect of the game. I found it more fun to wall run and bounce around than hopping in my titan. After the hype settles, I can guarantee that people will see that it's not the messiah of shooters. It's a fun game to play no doubt, but there's not nearly enough content or incentive to invest a lot of time into the game.
Ugh this looks so boring. To the average person, nobody would be able to tell the difference between this, Call of Duty, Battlefield and all those other generic shooty-shooty killy-killy games. It's a sad world when all these 'triple AAA titles' are mostly shooters. They're not even AAA, just A at best.

I can't stop comparing this game to MW:O (mech warrior: online) because there are some similarities. -giant robots. -customizable robots that don't affect the model if the robot. -fast paced without being fast paced. -and fast/medium/slow robot speeds, depending on the robot model. -a robot called "atlas" that is iconic to the game.
Titanfall may be a blockbuster game for next gen but I can't let it take all the credit, a game called Section8 Prejudice is very similar to this, and although it was a good game for $15, ign helped destroy it with their review.
I had to watch this review to see how Titanfall 2 is going to try to be better. Honestly if the campaign works out, which I have no doubt in my mind that it will succeed, TF2 might just surpass the original.
I personally love this game! Its very balanced and fair. It reminds me of the good ol' days of CoD4: MW where the gun selection was simple... and in titanfall, it even more simple but not in a bad way. They pretty much took the only guns that were worth a damn from each weapon class i.e. shotgun, assault rifle, smg and sniper... and with the combination of the burn cards creates a really fresh and classic feeling! I definitely choose playing this over halo or cod... but thats just my opinion.
Okay, I know they were adamant about not creating an in depth campaign but I really think that Respawn missed out on an amazing opportunity. The universe they created has the potential to offer an amazing back story and lore but as for the game itself, whilst being fun enough, you can quickly get burnt out on multiplayer only. Even I, who didn't like BO2's campaign and am not a fan of Zombies, have to admit that Black Ops 2 had a lot more content than Titanfall, as well as customization options, loadouts, camos, and playlists. You had a 6 hour campaign and 10 multiplayer maps that were very polished. I don't think the Titanfall is even worth 60 bucks. There's not enough substance to it.

This game made me interested in getting a XBone but still, with this and KI, I still don't think the price tag is worth it to play 2 games. Good thing is that I'm sure the price of the game will drop by the time I get a system. However, for being a nearly online multiplayer only, THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO HAVE SO LITTLE MATCH OPTIONS. It's already been WELL established in other multiplayer online games what people like. And WTF with no customizing your character?! Another game where you have to wait for patches. There is no single unique about TLoU gameplay, its typical action stealth game with no depth, take the story from the game, all you get is game average 70 on metacritic with its forgetable gameplay. Atleast Titanfall is a real video game, pure gameplay and fun. TLoU is overrated as hell, interactive movie garbage, Naughty Dog should make a movie instead of video game.
I've put about ten hours into the game on the 360, and while I don't think I'm about ready to give my full take on the game, so far it's been a blast. There are definitely some problems (some relating to the provided content, others with minor glitches I have not been able to reproduce, and a few server issues here and there), but if you like FPS games, you probably won't regret getting Titanfall. No FPS can overtake Unreal Tournament, though. Titanfall came somewhat close, but it didn't overtake Unreal Tournament (in my opinion).
Not gonna lie, as a PS4 owner this is literally the only thing that will currently make me jealous of XBONE owners, I can't wait for next game this series to go multi-platform, really hope it does!
Honestly AJ 808s Titanfall gets boring after the first couple of matches online. Really didn't like the campaign, and OK multiplayer. Not much your missing out on.
IGN should really re-do this review. All 4 major cons he said that they should fix, 3/4 major cons are fixed now. You can customize your classes for pilots and Titans a lot more than you could've 3 months ago. They are making temporary and fun gamemodes, starting with Marked for Death. The name alone should get 5 stars. You can now get into a 6 on 6 private match like Halo or COD. The one thing they haven't fixed yet is being able to vote from an amount of maps. That is needed. IGN, if you read this, I hope you take my words into consideration and make another review. This could possibly increase sales on Titanfall.
I feel they were a bit harsh with the game modes and private matches thing. They probably didn't put those in because they didn't want the game to turn into a clan based game where people only use the best guns and don't have as much fun. The game is meant to be less competitive and more fun than other games and I respect Respawn for that. Also let's be honest in Call of Duty and most other shooters people only really play the domination/conquest mode, team death match, the mode where you have one spawn, and in Battlefield's case the game mode where you plant bombs. That last one wouldn't work in Titanfall anyway and it's a miracle they even included Capture the Flag, the rating should've been a bit higher like maybe they should've brought it up to a 9 or a 9.5.
Titan fall review 6/10 with potential to be 9/10 if they add weapons and game modes and improve on the game positives - smooth amazing movement - titan battles are extremely fun - tactical abilities - almost no lag - doing parkour is actually more useful then running - every map is great - nice variety in titans negatives - no fucking variety 17 guns in TOTAL (10 primaries, 3 secondary’s, 4 anti titan weapons) - campaign was one of the worst "campaigns" i have ever played - only 5 game modes - auto turrets - some generations challenges are ridiculous (kill 50 people in the air after you both eject from titans and kill 50 enemies with titan drops) - a lot of the 17 weapons are just god awful and useless and you never see them get played with -if your going to buy 3 full priced games a year this is not one of them -if your going to buy 5 full priced games a year this is a mabey if you really like fps online shooters - if you buy 10 full priced games a year this 100% should be one of them - i don't think it lived up to the hype, i was expecting a multiplayer only games with amazing gameplay ( which it delivered) and a lot of variety (not even close to expectation) lastly do i think this game should be 60 bucks? NO this is at most worth 40 dollars for lack of variety, and multiplayer only other 60 dollar games which have much more content are 60 and are a better value also some other amazing online only games like planetside, blacklight retribution and TF2 are free.
Killzone 3 is the Playstation version of Titanfall not Shadow Fall because Killzone 3 has giant exoskeletons that you can control in multiplayer which Shadow Fall fail to have in its multiplayer.
I mostly agree, but you didn't give it a minus for the horrible story thats impossible to follow. So a 8 or a 7.5 seems good, especially since the amount of mechs and weapons availiable is so limited.

I'm a ps4 guy and I have to say this game is awesome. I played at my brothers house and it's so fun. I wish it did have more game modes and you can't even name your load outs. Overall it's super fun and people don't worry it will come to the ps4 just not this one.
Im so happy that were moving on from that endless cycle of modern warfare games, and titanfall looks amazing, but is anyone else tired of shooters in general? Personally im really looking forward to Mirrors Edge 2, and Cyberpunk 2077!

Titanfall is a great game, no doubt, but anyone who says it's a big step forward or innovative is kidding themselves. It's a step forward in multiplayer in the same way Uncharted is innovative in single player. It's combining things we've already seen before, not making new things we haven't.

Richard Weston Actually, saying that Titanfall combines things we've seen before is inaccurate. From a design standpoint, it is innovative, and I'd argue it's one of the only innovative multiplayer shooters we've seen in the past 5 years. That's the perspective of the critics anyway.
When you're reviewing a game, you can't just look at it as the sum of its parts. You have to consider the quality of the *experience* of the game. That's why critics have a hard time giving the game bad scores, because it is such a step forward in multiplayer FPS design.

Like it or not, Titanfall is going to be the newest FPS for a looooong ass time.
Sure we got Infamous Second Son coming up for the PS dudes, and Watch Dogs as well, but Titanfall will be pretty much the freshest traditional FPS title for months and months to come.
So instead of just automatically hating on it because it uses the Source engine, actually give it a fucking try. I was skeptical at first but it's honestly pretty damn fun. The parkour makes you feel like you have a lot more freedom and turns everything into a pathway, while the Titan gameplay is what'd you'd expect it to be: Bad fucking ass.

You really need to play it Killa. I've seen it around for a while getting hyped and thought it looks ok I guess. Then saw some reviews and some of my mates said they were going to grab so I considered buying it. After playing the beta I was sold. The balance of the pilots Vs Titans is exceptional. If you like shooters you'll love Titanfall. I play Cod + BF. They both have their merits, TF is right up there with them.

Smart pistol is the only thing that breaks the balance in this game. Other than that, the balance is almost perfect.

7.5. I bought this for the 360, and not counting the obvious graphical downgrade, I really like it. Its a hell of a good time, really it is. I am not too fussed abiut lack of game modes, literally all I play is TDM (Attrition). Its nice and straight forward. But the graphics are nice and the gameplay is outstanding. Its cardinal sin is the rest of it. Its barebones as hell, hardly even a full game!

This game is good, but it could have been great if they had a strong single player campaign... This could have been this gen's Halo or MW1.. MP is a fun portion of a game, but the soul of a game comes from it's single player... That's why games like Mass Effect, Zelda, God of War, Bioshock, Half Life, The Last of Us, Uncharted, etc are so revered... MP is like a fun roller coaster ride, while playing a great single player game is like watching a great movie or novel..
I agree with you on your analogy part. But I disagree with you on your opinion that the game would have been better with a single player campaign. I feel the fact that they didn't have a single player campaign made the game better because they dedicated all of their resources on perfecting the multiplayer, which made the game miles above any other multiplayer game.

Yeah but they honestly don't compare. Destiny is a completely different formula than this. It's multiplayer is way more competitive as it relies on how good you are in single player or coop. It's mmo rpg style. If you get a rare weapon that's really good in single player you bring it into multiplayer and you have a big advantage. It's completely different from titanfall and cod. The hype is under stand able because it's new and isn't entirely focused on multiplayer, while still being a shooter

Got this one for free from a nearby store promotion and quite honestly, had it not been free I wouldn't have bought it anyway. It's real cool and does feel slightly different but for these multiplayer based shooters, I've grown accustom to getting more for your money. I buy a CoD and I'm treated with a coop mode and a decent single player coupled with the main show of multi. BF also has a single player which they ruined twice (bring the writers from Bad Company already) aside from the multi.
I understand these because I'm paying 60$ for a full package, not a small handful of maps which is all TitanFall offers. (I dislike having to bring this game up but...) I liked the setup that Brink had as much as I disliked the game. Available offline multiplayer and side challenges with other coop features. Here, I feel like they had a huge missed opportunity to delve into the universe which sounds pretty awesome but....well....we can't have everything I guess.

Why are so many people complaining? Yes Titanfall is not "Game of the Year" material. Yes it falls short in some places and is frankly too expensive for what it offers. On the other hand it's still one of the best FPSs out there at the moment, if not THE best. Says a lot about the market I guess. It's not the saviour of the new gaming generation, but not a bad experience either- just be happy and shut up.

Titanfall had so much potential but didn't quite make it. 6v6 isn't enough, bots are pointless (Their only in the game so that 'bad' players can have a good KD ratio), little customization, the creatures are just moving scenery, can you even call that a campaign?. Tho it does have some positives. Like the gameplay is smooth and balanced and the game is fun with friends. (Playing solo not so much).
Easily a 7/10.
6v6 and the bots tie in. imagine its 12v12 and one team gets their titans before the other team and the other cant get them up, you then have 12 titans running around against 12 players. or you have 12 titans vs 12 titans an woould be WAY over crowded. and then the bots are there so that when there aren't titans you aren't running around looking for 1/6 players to kill. and the creatures are interactable, you can kill them for a couple extra points(though its almost impossible unless in a titan) and occasionally they will pick up a bot and eat it. and there is a fair bit of customization, though I would like to see more.

If you kill bits they don't count towards your KD ratio. Your KD is based on the pilot kills. ( actual players). So before you say false statements try to search up what your going to say. As the bots are in the game to balance it out. But people who have yet to play the game don't truly understand all this.
I'm a Sony fan, and I think this game deserved a 8.9, but personally I'm more of a story game fan so I don't mind not having this.

This game, while entertaining, is over-hyped. And the fact that it feels like its missing stuff (like the obvious answer, a lack of singleplayer, but also the MP matchmaking stuff) only compounds this issue.
Im just glad I didnt buy into the hype and I waited to buy this game. Im also glad I didnt get whipped up into a frenzy like a lot of people, my friends included, and got tricked into buying the xboxone just for this game. I saved myself a lot of money haha!

The Novelty that are the titans wear thin pretty quickly. You become more of a giant walking target as apposed to a formidable machine capable of holding it's own ground.
The game is so formulaic that I can't help but bother put it down after a while. Farm bots and the occasional player, get titan and kill as much before your quick and inevitable death, eject, repeat. I've never had an instance play out any differently than what I've just described.
The guns are okay, but aside from the smart pistol it's all run of the mill shooter weapons that play exactly as you'd expect. The movement as a ground unit is the most exhilarating aspect of the game. I found it more fun to wall run and bounce around than hopping in my titan.
After the hype settles, I can guarantee that people will see that it's not the messiah of shooters. It's a fun game to play no doubt, but there's not nearly enough content or incentive to invest a lot of time into the game.

I personally love this game! Its very balanced and fair. It reminds me of the good ol' days of CoD4: MW where the gun selection was simple... and in titanfall, it even more simple but not in a bad way. They pretty much took the only guns that were worth a damn from each weapon class i.e. shotgun, assault rifle, smg and sniper... and with the combination of the burn cards creates a really fresh and classic feeling! I definitely choose playing this over halo or cod... but thats just my opinion.
Okay, I know they were adamant about not creating an in depth campaign but I really think that Respawn missed out on an amazing opportunity. The universe they created has the potential to offer an amazing back story and lore but as for the game itself, whilst being fun enough, you can quickly get burnt out on multiplayer only. Just my opinion anyway.

This game made me interested in getting a XBone but still, with this and KI, I still don't think the price tag is worth it to play 2 games. Good thing is that I'm sure the price of the game will drop by the time I get a system.
However, for being a nearly online multiplayer only, THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO HAVE SO LITTLE MATCH OPTIONS. It's already been WELL established in other multiplayer online games what people like. It seemed like they rushed on this game to get it out to the public since the XBone isn't doing so well sale wise.

i have the ps4 for its power and premium first party title but im getting titanfall for pc
***** i play pc for MOBAS and MMOS, ill be damned if i have to play ac3 multipayer on pc again tho. The multiplayer was so dead. And shooters? prefer them on my TV with a controller. Consoles have more players there too.

Meh, Titanfall may be a good to a lot of people, but it definitely ain't GOTY material that's for sure. Just another over hyped game that turns out to be generic as another FPS game and it's only purpose is multiplayer.

Not every game has to be GOTY, nor can it. I enjoy Titanfall for what it is, a FPS with giant robots. It's sort of arcadey to me and just fun.
Yeah what stuff will be a Goty according to you? an interactive movie like TLoU with its garbage gameplay? lol. There is no single unique about TLoU gameplay, its typical action stealth game with no depth, take the story from the game, all you get is game average 70 on metacritic with its forgetable gameplay. Atleast Titanfall is a real video game, pure gameplay and fun. TLoU is overrated as hell, interactive movie garbage, Naughty Dog should make a movie instead of video game.

Hoping to get an Xbox One mid-late June, and hopefully this will be the first game I get for it. Really can't wait.
I've put about ten hours into the game on the 360, and while I don't think I'm about ready to give my full take on the game, so far it's been a blast. There are definitely some problems (some relating to the provided content, others with minor glitches I have not been able to reproduce, and a few server issues here and there), but if you like FPS games, you probably won't regret getting Titanfall.
No FPS can overtake Unreal Tournament, though. Titanfall came somewhat close, but it didn't overtake Unreal Tournament (in my opinion).
Not gonna lie, as a PS4 owner this is literally the only thing that will currently make me jealous of XBONE owners, I can't wait for next game this series to go multi-platform, really hope it does!
I know this sucks but I heard that the next Titanfall game might only be available for Xbox as well.
Honestly AJ 808s Titanfall gets boring after the first couple of matches online. Really didn't like the campaign, and OK multiplayer. Not much your missing out on.

IGN should really re-do this review. All 4 major cons he said that they should fix, 3/4 major cons are fixed now. You can customize your classes for pilots and Titans a lot more than you could've 3 months ago. They are making temporary and fun gamemodes, starting with Marked for Death. The name alone should get 5 stars. You can now get into a 6 on 6 private match like Halo or COD. The one thing they haven't fixed yet is being able to vote from an amount of maps. That is needed. IGN, if you read this, I hope you take my words into consideration and make another review. This could possibly increase sales on Titanfall.
I feel they were a bit harsh with the game modes and private matches thing. They probably didn't put those in because they didn't want the game to turn into a clan based game where people only use the best guns and don't have as much fun. The game is meant to be less competitive and more fun than other games and I respect Respawn for that. Also let's be honest in Call of Duty and most other shooters people only really play the domination/conquest mode, team death match, the mode where you have one spawn, and in Battlefield's case the game mode where you plant bombs. That last one wouldn't work in Titanfall anyway and it's a miracle they even included Capture the Flag, the rating should've been a bit higher like maybe they should've brought it up to a 9 or a 9.5.

6/10 with potential to be 9/10 if they add weapons and game modes and improve on the game

- smooth amazing movement
- titan battles are extremely fun
- tactical abilities
- almost no lag
- doing parkour is actually more useful then running
- every map is great
- nice variety in titans
negatives
- no fucking variety 17 guns in TOTAL (10 primaries, 3 secondary’s, 4 anti titan weapons)
- campaign was one of the worst "campaigns" i have ever played
- only 5 game modes
- auto turrets
- some generations challenges are ridiculous (kill 50 people in the air after you both eject from titans and kill 50 enemies with titan drops)
- a lot of the 17 weapons are just god awful and useless and you never see them get played with
-if your going to buy 3 full priced games a year this is not one of them
-if your going to buy 5 full priced games a year this is a mabey if you really like fps online shooters
- if you buy 10 full priced games a year this 100% should be one of them
- i don't think it lived up to the hype, i was expecting a multiplayer only games with amazing gameplay ( which it delivered) and a lot of variety (not even close to expectation)
lastly do i think this game should be 60 bucks? NO
this is at most worth 40 dollars for lack of variety, and multiplayer only other 60 dollar games which have much more content are 60 and are a better value also some other amazing online only games like planetside, blacklight retribution and TF2 are free.

Killzone 3 is the Playstation version of Titanfall not Shadow Fall because Killzone 3 has giant exoskeletons that you can control in multiplayer which Shadow Fall fail to have in its multiplayer.
This game not only needs more modes, but also a local multiplayer option for those without Xbox Live.

Van Romondt Well, considering how far they would be into that Beta, it must be a pretty solid game.
I mostly agree, but you didn't give it a minus for the horrible story thats impossible to follow. So a 8 or a 7.5 seems good, especially since the amount of mechs and weapons availiable is so limited.

I'm a ps4 guy and I have to say this game is awesome. I played at my brothers house and it's so fun. I wish it did have more game modes and you can't even name your load outs. Overall it's super fun and people don't worry it will come to the ps4 just not this one.
Im so happy that were moving on from that endless cycle of modern warfare games, and titanfall looks amazing, but is anyone else tired of shooters in general? Personally im really looking forward to Mirrors Edge 2, and Cyberpunk 2077!
