I have been watching several acrylic paint pour artists for the past six months or do and happened upon your channel. Love your generous spirit and art. THANK YOU.
WOW, META, WHAT A BEAUTY!!! I LOVE RED AND BLUE COLOR COMBINATION AND IN THIS ARTWORK THEY LOOK REALLY VIBRANT, LIKE IN 3D BUT WITH SUCH A GOOD TASTE (YOUR TASTE, OF COURSE), I LOVE IT SO, THANK YOU VERY VERY VERY MUCH FOR SHARING THIS BEAUTY, YOU ARE VERY TALENTED. GREETINGS AND BLESSINGS FROM 🇲🇩.
I FINALLY FINALLY GOT MY PEARL POUR TO WORK BY WATCHING ⭐YOUR⭐ VIDEOS⭐🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼!!!! I have watched so many people have so much success and when you made the video on how to mix my paint BOOM😎🤯!! SUCCESS😱😱😱!!! I think I told you in a previous video that I had done 17 scrapes over a month of REALLY working with this! So thank you so much for your continued tutorials and beautiful pieces that really inspire!!! 😍💜🙌🏼🎨

This is gorgeous and you were natural snd so understandable in your instructions. What I’ve loved most is how you’ve answered so many of the questions we.all seem to have. Thanks so much. I think my next attempt just might work👍❣️
Thanks for sharing. I already use wood conditioner for my bloom recipe. Now I have to try this. A first time view of your channel and I'm now subscribed so that I can see what happens when you give it a go with your favorite colors. GREAT video! 🔥🔥🔥 1 💜
Hi Meta! So I realize this was a year ago. But wow, so pretty. My question is, did you add the mini wax floetrol pm to just one color , the garnet? Or to them all. And if it was to just one color what was the pm for the other colors? Thank you for sharing your experiments. Keep up the awesome work. Sincerely, Laurie from San Francisco
I came here after watching your recipe for the floetral....my goodness this is beautiful! I'd love to be able to control where the pearls come up a bit...for what I have in my head....like if I poured the special floetral color only on one half then pour over? I dunno...but, you're right, this came out gorgeous!!! Thanks for sharing!!
Hi Meta, This is definitely a WOW piece! Could you tell me exactly what the stain was and did you add the stain to the floetrol just in the red paint? Thanks!
Honestly such good work! i have been wracking my brain trying to figure out why my pearl pours arent working with Floetrol and now i know why! Thanks for the tip!
Magical! You are the first person that actually explains that in a pearl pour, your base layer (pillow) needs to be a bit thicker than the top colors! I am going to try your Aussie Floetrol trick too. BTW Did all your colors have the Floetrol/Minwax? or just the base color?
I would like to know too. So the base and colors all have Floetrol and minwax? Any difference between the base and the other paints ? Can’t wait to try. Good job
Really Stunning. Thank you for the demo. I love the tips provided. I am a newbie. On another video, I heard something about treating finished paintings with resin so they do not fade. Is that standard?
I personally do not use resin. Mostly because my space is limited for the setup and safety that resin requires. I have also heard resin can cause yellowing over time. But that might vary from brand to brand. I personally varnish with Polycrylic to finish them.
This is incredible, have you tried any other pours with this mixture, not a big fan of the pearls. Wonder how it works with other paint pours like straight pours.
I use this mixture in almost all of my pours these days. I try to mention it specifically if I havent mixed it in. Otherwise you can assume it was used.
I have a random question. When using the wood conditioner, do you have to clean the canvas, as you would with silicone, before varnishing or resin? This is an awesome idea and I can’t wait to try it!!!
Thank you for your sharing your beautiful work ,but I do not know what is you amount of acrylic and mediator . and what kind is your meditator ? And the name of it ? Thanks❤
Hi Ghamar! I use Floetrol as my pouring medium. I have a video all about how I mix my paints that might help you! ruclips.net/video/f6hOwO_SgG0/видео.html
Will it work if you use more floetrol to paint ratio? I mix my paints with more floetrol since I usually use golden paints. Isyour ratio 1 to1 because it's craft paint?
Different types of paint definitely use different ratios when I mix them. I have a video posted on how I mix up my paints. And which ratios I usually use for different types. I go over golden fluid acrylics specifically in that video.

Thank you, and sorry for the late reply. But no silicone oil in these paints.
@@MetaPours wow how you made this without silicone oil.
It’s beautiful is that all you used in the Garnet was the flow troll in mini wax no water?
Hi Jeri, I added water the the Garnet as well. (But just a little) Not as much as I added to the pour over color.
Thank you, look at all those pears. Did you put the mid wax in the extreme sheen too
Hi Barbabra, thank you! And yes
I put the minwax in my floetrol, so it is in all the paints. Including the Extreme Sheen.
Thank you I went on FB and joined your group too

Do you have other videos of different techniques that you've used this mix with? I would like to try iit but not necessarily for this pour.
Is floor luster the same??
It would be helpful if you described whether the Minwax you’re using is water- or oil-based! Thank you.
In another video she has, she actually made the floetrol mix with minwax. She indicated it was oil based.
Hi metà do you think it would work for a bloom
It came out great 👍 did you put the wood conditioner in the garnet also ? I might have missed you saying that thanks !

Sorry for the late response. But the answer is no. It does not
Leave a residue the way silicone does.

Hi Ghamar! I use Floetrol as my pouring medium. I have a video all about how I mix my paints that might help you! ruclips.net/video/f6hOwO_SgG0/видео.html
How does it dry. Do you have to clean the bejesess out-of it before applying resin. It's gorgeous.
It doesn't dry oily or greasy at all. I've never used resin. But, I don't have to clean before varnishing.
@@MetaPours Very, very cool.
Love this and want to try. So you just added the floetrol, min wax mixture your paints and not your base.
I added it to the floetrol that all the paints were mixed with. (Including the base)
Thanks
I was wondering if you used the minwax in all the colors, or just the magenta color?? Thanks
Never mind, thanks
Did I answer it in the video? When I use minwax, I add it to my floetrol, so it's in all of the paints. Thank you for watching!
Awesome, where did you buy the mini pre stain?
I bought mine at Lowe's or Home Depot. You can get it on Amazon but it's a lot more expensive!
Grazie. Puo' tradurre i suoi video in italiano😊???
Could you clarify what I heard you say about the stain, the name of it? Would appreciate that so much.
I used Minwax prestain. Which I added directly to the floetrol. 3 drops for every 2 oz of floetrol.
What is your paint to Floetril mixture ratio please?
Here is a link to how I mix my paints. It goes over all of the ratios I use.
ruclips.net/video/f6hOwO_SgG0/видео.html
so how did you mix the paints...if you don't mind!!!
I mixed the Liquitex basics 1 part paint 1 parts Floetrol. The extreme sheen I mix 1 to 1. Then add water to get it to consistency I want.
