  • Twenty-seven million pounds is being spent cleaning up waste water pumped into the River Wye. The river's health rating was downgraded after a decline in important species - caused by too much phosphorus in the water. Most of it comes from agriculture or treated water from sewage plants. The hope is that this scheme will reduce the phosphorus from sewage plants by about a third. Here's our environment correspondent David Gregory-Kumar.
