I'm only 13, and I've been thinking about travelling from Australia to Edinburgh to study at The University of Edinburgh. This is obviously, not for right now. I have a basic knowledge on what happens, but I have inquiries about the entry requirements. I have had a look online for information, but I can only comprehend so much. Thinking of doing a degree in English Language and Literature. What generalized requirements will I possibly need to study there for it?
+Pun Faced Well, if you're thinking about this then you're clearly intelligent enough to study at Edinburgh when you reach 17. When I was your age, I did not even know what University I'd go to. All the best, and hope you come to Edinburgh.
the only thing I can say, is that for certain courses you have to have had some specific subjects. If I remember correctly for english literature you should study english literature in high school at a certain level. Their site is really well made too, so maybe check it out it is very helpful!
Hello! Yes, you can purchase a ticket to eat in the cafeteria from the Pollock Halls main reception or Edinburgh University Students' Association shop in the John McIntyre Conference Centre. All other of our cafes are open to all students. If you have any further queries about catering at the University of Edinburgh, feel free to contact Accommodation, Catering & Events team: www.accom.ed.ac.uk/
Since the 2021 applications are open can I apply without mark sheet (grade 12 boards) because the exam will be next year and may be delayed because of the pandemic
