Hi - I just bought a T95Z, plus and I have set the date and time correctly, and this time is correct on the box. I set the time zone for London British summer GMT + 1 . However when I go to the TV channels, the EPG time is one hour BEHIND. I cant understand why this is happening. Can you please offer some advice? I even tried to set the Time zone as GMT + 0 etc, but this obviously wont fix it. Hope you can help. Thanks

Oh, thanks for the video by the way, I just bought one of these boxes and I have a MXq-pro as well which has given me nothing but problems ever since I got it. But it's never been updated either, the update process scares me because I am 57 yrs old and just not tech., savvy at all, so I really need your instruction through these video's. I have a T95Z Plus and also a FireStick. On the Firestick I use adbLink to connect to the stick and install apk's and also backup and restore it. I want to do the same with the T95Z Plus but so far I cannot seem to figure out how to get adbLink connected to it. Have you tried this ..or anyone been able to accomplish this? I did see on the T95Z Plus there is the Local & Backup app, I used it and it made a backup ( however I have no clue where this backup is or what all it backed up) my goal is to make a complete backup of my kodi install after it is fully customized then if an issue restore it. Could someone explain this process ? either using the app on the T95Z Plus or if you know how to do this with adbLink like I have already done with the FireStick, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

I saw at the 5:5' you couldn't see the 5.8GHz network. Are you sure this device is working in both (2.4GHz+5.0G GHz)? I'm asking you because my T95Z PLUS is the same, I've just take out from he box and is not seeing only the 2.4GHz :( I have to mention that all other devices from home is connected on 5.8GHz. I have this box and can't get it to work. It powers up but i get no signal out of the HDMI port. If I press the button in the AV socket with a toothpick then the HDMI works. As soon as I let go of the button in the AV socket I lose the HDMI signal. Any thoughts how to fix this?
I changed my modem to a newer one now it says connected in the t95z plus network but its actually not. could it be my modem security protocol ? or does a certain port need forwarded? i had some port forwarding in the old modem but not sure if any were for the t95z plus.
can the light effects be turned of permanently. I know it can on original launcher via the button on the remote. I put custom launcher on and can not use the LED button to turn off the LED lights. only on a custom launcher. can u please explain why this happens. thanks

I love the t95z Plus for streaming. It works great off of my movie server. The problem I have is with a game controller for Android games. I have tried many controllers including the stratus. none of them seem to be recognized correctly. after the initial game loads I can't even click on a button. this is true for both of the t95 boxes that I have. Any ideas
I have the same box, however, when going through the set up with you, there were many areas where you went and I with you at the same time, several places just didn't look the same at all??? Why if they are the same box? Man oh man, I hope I didn't get another "CLONE" again, because it is doing some things that look off to me, like flashing of certain pages, it looks like it's gonna flash the screen a couple of times and then just stop working. Like the "Blue Screens" you get with windows in my computer some times, and that is when I have to have Windows Re-Installed, but this is a brand new box??? It's past the 30 day return policy, so where would I send it to be repaired under warranty??? Back to Amazon or ??? I'm not sure how that works??? But I just can't understand why some things look so different compared to the box you are setting up. Plus the top row of the front LED's is out, so you don't see the tops of the time numbers which isn't a big deal but it makes you wonder. Is there a way to turn off the front LED's or ??? This is 2 boxes now that I have bought and am having troubles with. Does this now actually mean that I should update the 'firmware'???
Sometimes there is a small change in the firmware, between the companies. By following my videos you should be ok Cal, the change is small. Still if the LED is not working properly, you may want to ask for an exchange. To turn the LED off check the remote control , where it says "LED"
Yes I checked there and I guess I meant the 'clock LED', not the LED that fluctuates in color, I can turn that off no problem. Oh, last evening, my T95z-plus "Totally Wiped Out All Of My Settings On It's Own"??? When I was watching Rawhide, the box started flashing like it was just gonna die, you go black and then when I exited Kodi and went back in again, everything was wiped clean except for the version of Kodi that came pre-installed. I was told not to buy a box pre-loaded, can you tell me anything about that? Also, would you know where I should seek assistance for my box. Would changing the firmware fix the issues I am having with my new box? I guess the MXq-pro isn't as bad as I thought it was. I sure wish I could talk to you in person, so much gets lost in trying to explain things and write them down so they are clear and understandable. I "Really, Really Appreciate all of your help, I'm a little needy at the time and you are the only one I can turn to for help, no one else seems to answer their questions or at least not very often. Podes usar Plex via LAN o via wifi, de las dos maneras anda fluido y se ve de 10

Q#2 ~ What downside is there for starting out with a new box that doesn't have the latest version of Android? Also if I buy the T95Z with android 6, is it upgradeable to android 7? Hey Dario, I have a T95z-plus-Android 6.0, which you already know. I bought an M8S-Android 7.1 and it died on the second day of having it. They refunded me and didn't want the box back, and the blue light comes on, but the load up sequence doesn't even start, just the blue light and then nothing, someone said maybe it's 'Bricked'??? Anyway, I bought another T95z-plus, but this one has Android 7.1., and I can't install Netflix, why? It says that my box is incompatible, but 'WHY'??? Also, I attempted to install the Titanium Build from the Supreme Builds Wizard and then a notice came up saying that Kodi has stopped working, do you want to close it out, or wait??? But when I pick one, the message just stays there on the screen and I can't do anything until that message is deleted, but I don't know how to fix this issue, do you??? Please, I have a brand new box and can't use Kodi and I want Kodi and Netflix in my new box. So, "PLEASE" I need your assistance and advice here my friend, please help me with this dilemma.
Oh I have another question. After 'allowing/enabling' 3rd party add-ons, so you can install what you desire, can you then disable 3rd party add-ons for security purposes, or must you leave it enabled in order to get the content you want? After it's installed, why would you need 3rd party add-ons enabled once you have everything you want? Some tell me you can and some tell me you can't??? @@helenjg4857 Did you try getting a different power supply from the supplied 5v - 2A?. Changing to one that delivers 3A , has been the fix for a lot of users.
When I click on the 720p setting under display, I don't have all of those options that you do. I only have Zoom In and Out, nothing else. I could really use the others. Any suggestions?

Hi. I find that while all functions work well, gaming is not that good. I can't play games from the play store. Usually there is something to click. I tried the remote, mini keypad and even a paired steels series stratus xl. Nothing works.

Hi, I have purchased two of these boxes and both will not connect to the WiFi. The WiFi switch just goes On to Off repeatedly. I bought them from a company on Amazon.es and have since returned them both because of this problem! I was wondering if you have any idea what the problem could be as the supplier wasn't really very helpful.

I am trying to connect my box to wifi. I can type in the password but it will not let me actually enter/submit it. Nothing works. Is there a trick to these boxes? I have tried everything but it just stays on the enter password screen with the password showing and won't go any further.
Happens with mine too. If you still have the Ethernet cable plugged in the wifi won't connect for some reason. So unplug Ethernet if you have it in and then try wifi

Sometimes there is a small change in the firmware, between the companies. By following my videos you should be ok Cal, the change is small.

@@helenjg4857 Did you try getting a different power supply from the supplied 5v - 2A?. Changing to one that delivers 3A , has been the fix for a lot of users.
When I click on the 720p setting under display, I don't have all of those options that you do. I only have Zoom In and Out, nothing else. I could really use the others. Any suggestions?

Hi, I have purchased two of these boxes and both will not connect to the WiFi. The WiFi switch just goes On to Off repeatedly.
I bought them from a company on Amazon.es and have since returned them both because of this problem! I was wondering if you have any idea what the problem could be as the supplier wasn't really very helpful.
Hi Steve! you may have too much microwave interference, may be there are many wifi signals around you.

If the blue light led bar is only around the box and it has no clock display and no signal on tv this is providing u were not playing around with firmware it was my power lead adapter... 🖒

I am trying to connect my box to wifi. I can type in the password but it will not let me actually enter/submit it. Nothing works. Is there a trick to these boxes? I have tried everything but it just stays on the enter password screen with the password showing and won't go any further.

Happens with mine too. If you still have the Ethernet cable plugged in the wifi won't connect for some reason. So unplug Ethernet if you have it in and then try wifi

I think it pretty good for the money, runs my emulators well and kodi runs fine too.
