I'm the ad guy who came up with the original Never Stop Exploring theme years ago (along with my partner, Ron Walter.) I find this theme so generic, so interchangeable with pretty much any lifestyle, tech or athletic brand. Any! It reeks of a lazy attempt to mix the branding of Apple with Nike and Under Armor and any other "hip" brand. We Play Different will disappear when another eager ad agency looking to make a name for themselves pitches another piece of advertising nonsense. Never Stop Exploring defines the spirit of The North Face and the people who love exploration. I'll get off my soapbox now. Never, ever kill Never Stop Exploring.
