Great video. Lots of practical sentences. For the non-native it is hard to know when to translate directly or if there is a set phrase. I copied down some of the phrases that I liked. I noticed 14 and 46 were the same, comment était ton week-end. There were so many new phrases I watched the video over a couple days just to spread it out. If you ever need new material for your channel, more like this would be good. Simply how to express yourself in common situations (small talk). When to use a set phrase, when English translates well, and when to use similar but French versions.

I absolutely love this style of learning... I've watched each video of this style at least 50 times now, they've been so helpful! I'm trying to bridge the gap between "proper" french and french spoken casually on the streets, etc. So I'm wondering if you can do sentences with fast-spoken sounds... for example "chhee" instead of "je suis" or "nya" instead of "il y a" along with slang words (mec, etc). just an idea 🙂 thanks again! your content is wonderful!

I was able to undertand some of the spoken words without looking to the later text like 50% of it (I only know less than 1000 vocubularies and I want to learn more atleast 5000). The difficulties that Im facing when listening to french is the accent, the silent words at the end of some nouns, auxillary verbs, etc that will be pronounced on the next word, and their other grammars structures besides the lack of knowledge on vocubularies.

Merci madam Dylane. C'est bon et facile à comprendre. J'ai des doutes sur le numéro 13- " il est parti promener le chien " - Here, the sentence is in the present tense, but when I see meaning in English, it show as past tense..I am getting confuse. I guess , it should be - He is gone out walk with the dog. ? Please clarify me this doubt, madam..

Obviously that example is more complex, but you could work up to this level. First, we must understand the question before we can answer it and that is half of the problem. So listening exercises are good and even better if they work in (like a practice session on the piano) and incorporate the grammar, if like me, that seems to stay stuck in my head. This is hard work, but necessary work.
