Today we visit an excellent pastry shop, the Dolcemascolo pastry shop which, after 35 years of history in Frosinone, has recently opened its store here in Rome.
In this video we can admire the work of many artisans at work in the 2000 square meter laboratory in Frosinone.
I think it's nice to valorise all the great work of the Lazio province that is behind this new pastry shop in Rome.
I obviously remember that in Frosinone there is the historic headquarters of the Dolcemascolo pastry shop in Via Madonna della Neve 77.
I would like to thank again the kind availability of Matteo Dolcemascolo, remembering that in 2019 his Panettone was classified as the best of the year by Gambero Rosso and in 2021 he was named Best Emerging Pastry Chef by the same guide.
