I was in the UK for 5months but couldn't work because of visit visa even as a nurse. During my stay, I passed the CBT exam but couldn't reach the required score for English. When you have your decision letter from the nmc, you can book your osce exams with any of the osce centres in uk

He's right. You can do that within your visiting period. But be prepared to leave the UK. Go back home and apply for visiting visa again and come back. Try again, again and again with different companies. Many have become successful, but it's very tedious and many give up. Money is the problem often. It's easy if you have a supporting family. Try from your country too. Nobody route is the same living abroad. People abuse it too, and become stranded and overstayed.
