    ok a few questions -
the money spent on transporting 1 dog - how many other dogs would benefit if funds were only spent in their current location. Neutering prevents unwanted puppies which helps to prevent ongoing misery. Adoption only helps one animal
Rescue kennels and catteries in this country are absolutely rammed full of unwanted animals. Many of the dogs being brought in are , as you say, street dogs. They are not used to living in homes living with families and in many cases they end up being sent to rescue as they are found to not fit in the the adopters expectations. If the rescue kennels in this country are absolutely crammed already and the only solution is that one dog has to be euthanased - how would you pick which one, would you be prepared to end a life like I have to when it goes wrong?
I do support a number of overseas charities but will only support those where the money is not spent on relocating terrified, unsuitable animals into environments they are not suited to.

Hard to watch but it needs to be put out there. Fact is not all the dogs on that hell hole of a dump are "street dogs" but family pets no longer wanted and just dumped to fend for themselves. The adoption of one dog means another can be helped. The money spent on transport is paid for by the adopter - no adoptions = no funds to help other dogs. Yes rescue centres in the UK are overflowing but the dogs they have are cared for - no dog would be publicly left to suffer like those on the dumps. Or shot and poisoned on the streets! 🤬
