    This is what politicians should promote, marriage, stability and values like that. But because these are considered conservative values, they're swept aside and the focus is on the economic opportunity. As if economic opportunity doesn't come from familial stability, it falls from the sky.

    You mention how in France/Europe people without intact families dont have the same problem and point to the welfare state. Makes sense. That said, didnt Rob pioint out that theres been studies that show even kids that live in financially stable conditions that grow up with only one parent also have worse outcomes? Feel like ive heard of this myself.

    Every family coming from diverse backgrounds have their own problems, most of us digest and move on with life's purpose as we were not defined by situations, in contrast, elites have more problems than working class people, all that you see, think may not necessarily be true. I can understand your pain but forget past, thank God, be happy with what you have, forgive your parents as you really know not what kind of problems they truly went through at that time, my advice especially to the young adults of this generation is keep going, there is lot more for you people to learn, act and experience in life, good luck, god bless.
