Well, all those young people in the management training program sure are getting an education on what not to do if you are in the consumer products business. The hands-on experience of being at A.B. during this time will be burned into their brains forever. Most smart men live by the motto, "If I do this what could possibly go wrong". Well, now you know.
What's really sad for anyone that supporting this or thinks it's funny doesn't see that a alchol company wants to support these so called trans when one of them just shot up and killed some kids.
They are selling this corp vibe when really most jobs at ab are factory jobs working all shifts all year long. They sell this idea to young people as few will be sitting on this nice couch in an office like that. In reallity they hire kids from college with zero leadership ability and no on the job training and ask them to run a crew of veteran union staff....its a hot mess. Inbev puts littel money back into AB and runs all if its equipment until if fails. Workers have lost just about all since of trust and pride in the company. They see it as a pay check run by just another multi national corp that cares only abot the bottom line. Guess what...it worked well and dominated when it was not a multi-national corp, an family owned. If they start putting money back into it and investing in staff with leadership it might just bounce back. But the kiddos they are hiring are leaving withing the first 3 years and churn is at an all time high. Good luck..drink bud.
Most of us are union workers. Most of these people your looking on screen are salaried employees with bachelors or master degrees that work in corporate. But make no mistake there’s a lot Hispanics in AB, here on the east coast is all southern or island Hispanics. Like Puerto Rican, Dominican, Cuban, Panamanian, etc.
