    Totally wanna try this this year. I do hope it's good, but why are the ingredients crossed out in the description?

      Sorry about that… there’s a dash next to the ingredients and for some reason it puts a line through it… I’ll fix it right now

    Is there a reason use all purpose flour vs semolina flour or any 00?

      Different flours give different textures to the pasta

    Bruuhhh, you didn't seriously put in all that time and effort for a grand total of five individual raviolis. And no meat to go with it either? You trying to work me to starvation putting in all that effort for such little food output? I bet the restaurant you worked at charged $30 for a plate of this too. Crazy. 💀💀💀

      And of course I had more… a bunch in the fridge I just used those for the video… sometimes no meat is ok
