      When I was younger I wrote to tc and got a lovely reply. This was when joe steel broke out of prison twice and gave himself up to highlight his innocence. I’m in no doubt these boys were “patsys” .fitted up by top Strathclyde police officers. Totally disgusting treatment for these guys and the Doyle family

      I'll never forget the day when i got remanded in bar-l and as an overspill for c-hall they put us in D-Hall until a cell became available in C-Hall.I was looking down to cell 32 on the bottom flat -D-1-32 and i hear the sound of loud bagpipes.With 2 screws outside the door this man with sunken eyes and a big long beard came to the cell just on the outside.He shouts up to me 'alright johnboy'.I think who are you ? John its Tommy.....I was on remand with Tommy and shadow and joe in september 84 and to see the change in this big well built smart man was very sad.I got down to have a wee talk to him and john Gallagher and ricky cooney.As i did a few hours later Tommy is talking to his mate and goes onto the phone (as you may know cat-A's werent allowed to use the phone.Why i dont know)The wee rookie screw tries to pull tommy off the phone so Tommy smashes the phone booth up.Im withdrawing from drugs but i steamed in and screws were getting hit with brushes over their heads etc.Big John -G quietens tommy down and walks him to his cell.A couple of hours later they take tommy to Aberdeen jail to which he got a hell of a doing from the teuchter screws and they tear his spleen.To be there when and befrore they were on trial and get to know them was great.But how they treated this big guy was terrible.Even the screws inside knew he was innocent asi heard them say it.RIP Big man

    Hearing this just reminds me about how people say "Here in Scotland, we have one of the best legal systems in the world". The people who say it are the politicians and lawyers, judges and Police. The thing that amazes me is that the general public believe it when they have no direct experience of it. It's only when you go up against the system that you find out that it's a cesspit of evil. The public think that the system is genuinely based on "innocent until proven guilty" but what they don't know is that "proof" is not what you think. "Proof" is what TC is saying - 'a witness' says he seen/heard something that didn't even happen. That, unbelievably, counts as proof and the accused is "proven to be" guilty. The entire system is laughable but many people make a good living from it. You even have a totally absurd situations in court that would never happen in real life. You have a procurator fiscal who tells you "I put it to you, that you did indeed assault the Police officer" and the fact was you were there at the scene and you didn't do it while the cowardly little PF WASN'T there and he's telling you that you did something that didn't even happen!! Then they all go off to their nice homes and perpetuate the myth that they are doing an honest days work. The only justice will be in the final reckoning when they all burn in hell for their evil because their pompous attitudes and standing will do nothing for them.

    • @starofdavid9919
      @starofdavid9919 3 года назад +3

      I agree, been there myself on a couple of occasions, even plead guilty when I was innocent as it was all circumstantial evidence and a few lying witnesses against me just to lessen the sentence, that's why the reduced sentence for an early plea is used to back the innocent into a corner, they need results and unfortunately the results ruin innocent peoples lives, just a nasty business all round.

    life in prison can be hard & mean, adjust to the system & everyday routine.
    TC would never conform to any conditioning was fully aware of the system trying to break him, very well educated his poetry was brilliant.
    Convicted of a crime he & Joe never even committed, we all know McGraw was behind the ice cream wars, even to this day the Doyle family has had no closure 😢

    tavy@ I read tc's book 'indictment trial by fire' and a felt like crying reading what that man whent through in peterhead prison alone. They TRIED to kill him just becouse he tried to prove he was innocent. That was good to watch there. But try and read his book 'trial by fire' it tells so much more. At times i had to put the book down becouse i felt so bad and sorry to what these monsters in jail did to that man all for something he didnt do. A true old school hard man who was respected and still is. I couldnt believe it when the polis said to his face "we know you didnt do it but yer not playing the game tc" while they knew who really did it. In a way that makes them as bad as them that did it. Its the most saddest and cruel misscarraige of justice scotland has ever seen. Sentenced to life, and the prosecution didnt have any forensic evidence, no dna, no eye witnesses who saw them in that street at that time, nothing. Except a serail perjurer who was a criminal charged with attempted murder, armend robberry and loads of other stuff. Who was given bail 4 TIMES and said not to be a danger lol not. And all charges dropped for a made up story he heard tc and others say he heard talking about the fire! Then 9 years later he swore on an avidavid and signed it that he made it all up. For a start he wouldnt be a reiliable witness and allowed to give evidence becouse hes a serial perjurer. A lier!!!! With criminal convictions for the most serouse crimes! The system is corrupt and rotten to the core, it always has been with corrupt peado goverment with interests in young boys and every one knows it!!!!!!! R.I.P tommy, your hell has ended!!!!

    Before I even watch this I want tae say TC Campbell was one hard man back in ees day! A true old school street fighter and still was even after his 20 years of hell! We can thank the licence'd one for stitching him up in the first place but even after everything this man went thru when he was finally released tam McGraw and billy McPhee attacked the man wi two blades on his way back fae dropping a kid of at school!!! This attempt on his life lasted almost an hour wi TC getting the best eh McPhee with only his jacket wrapped around his arm to fend off the knife blows and fighting for his life he eventually got the blades from him and would have killed him there and then! He furiously tried to stab billy till the blades were bent but he had a bullet proof vest on and ran off! Billy and McGraw (unusually) also came back when he was sitting absolutely fucked! Cut to bits, bruised and breathless after the savage attack (still no police arrived) and proceeded to skelp a golf club off his head then finally jumping in his jeep and fleeing once the golf club had smashed and a very brave 80 year old woman stepped out the crowed that had gathered from the school shouting " McGraw you leave mr Campbell alone!!! I've phoned the police" (lol tough old Glasgow granny's) even though people had phoned the police 40 mins earlier and still none arrived until McGraw was safely home as usual!! This man fought for his life with his bare hands and nobody coming to his aid and still seen off billy McPhee wi two big kitchen Devils, a bpv oan, and tam McGraw wi ees fuckin golf club! McGrass worked wi the pigs tae put him away for 20 years and still had the dirty bastards oan ees pay role that day!! may he rot in hell!!! He ruined this mans life but TC has fought till the end ✌🏼️ 💯 big Thomas TC Campbell

      +Bossboy ritch No1 Don't always believe what you read in a book. Does your memory serve you that Ferris and co and where in a car driving up the M74 and big Drew. D fearing for his life jumped out the motor traveling at 70mph? Next time your in a motor try open the door at even 10mph see what happens? Hope your using that fine memory of yours to stay out of the jail:-)
