I'd like to run the 255s all around on the exact same wheels/size as you did on that silver 86. Assuming I roll the fenders, and use camber plates on the stock struts at -2 degrees all around and (1"?) drop springs, will I achieve the same look/function? Or is there some reason I MUST have coilovers to achieve this setup?

I like the stock bumper for the frs but I'm bout to buy the brz 🤷♂️
because I've heard stories that piston and rods needs to be replaced for a highly boosted brz that won't damage the engine at the long run
for me the coolest thing in the time attack car is the digital dash!! really want to know where I can get one

What happened with the turbo kit that you guys were developing? Did the plan for it fall apart? I remember reading it was based off of the turbo kit in the time attack car
Other projects took priority. We may bring it back, but no guarantees!

it would be really nice if you make a video about internal parts of boxer engines when boosting brz at high peak hp
Id highly recommend a piston and rod upgrade at minimum if boosting or supercharging, that alone would alleviate alot of potential issues.
pistons are fine for 350 easily but id do rods as soon as you boost it
So uh, the head unit. What’s up with that? It’s a special 200mm double din, right? VERY INTERESTED. On the 86 I mean.

Thanks thomas, i am in the market for the toyo 888 tires that you mention at the very end. I wanted to know if they rub and did you guys have to modify the suspension? Also did you guys choose the size of the rim due to the tire or was it a perfomance decision? Thank you in advance.
If I get lower control arms and coilovers, if I don't plan on going over -3 degrees in the rear, do I still need toe arms?

How do you get the head lights to be sequential on the first car? I cant even figure it out on mine lol
The sequential headlights are plug and play so you just have to connect the wires and the headlights will work

What whp can stock brz internals handle? Thinking about installing an Edelbrock supercharger and tuning her to 300 whp
Taj Laugan 300 is about the maximum regular internals can take safely. After that your gonna want forged internals and an upgraded clutch.

Anyone know what are the square like covers are for, just under the headlights on the front bar.
My 86 has them, my only guess is it might be for headlight cleaner or maybe mounting bolts?
My guess is for screw in tow hooks

@@jcramond73 do it man, if it is a tow hook spot, might as well get one. I got a tow hook installed on my car and it's helped me out during the winter months

The amount of random ass parts for these cars make them the benchmark for ricers

In Japan 2014 2015 theres already much more insane 86 than this 2018 FT86speed ones. Much more balanced , lighter by 400lbs and 3 x Fa20 stock Power. Those are real time attack cars 2014 2015 already setting Kanto Tsukuba . 400ps exploded shows how inexperienced the ricer team is:) 2.0L easily 500+ on high end turbos even some on 600ps++ 700ps++. in UK theres even 800ps close 900ps FA20.Even Taiwan having 500ps FA20 without Engine blow issue.
I felt sad for all the money wasted due to inexperienced team complacency and not researching enough for a proper modification.

$23.00 for a junk e brake thingy. *to drift hit gas. i have not done a single mod to my 2017 860. in fact i havent even put thr front plste bracket on the car. until its paid off im not putting a dime in this rat. not even hi-test gas. oh wait i put one more thing in it....my lead foot on the stock brakes and gas pedal. im driving it like its rented. i just edited this post so ive done more mods hete than on my 86.
