      There was a point in the 3rd quarter where Denver had the lead and took 8 shots, 7 of those shots were 3s and they missed all 7 shots. They didn't even try to get a jump shot or go to the rim. Thats where Minnesota took the lead and never gave it back. If they would have stopped shooting 3s they could have kept the lead.

    Coach Malone choked biggest, being -28 in last 20 min of game 7…esp when your 2 stars put up star numbers. It is Malone who should have gotten more from role players, rather than having Joker gassed at the end playing 47min. Malone simply panicked.

      We just saw Luka take a series from the #1 seed playing on no knees and 3 teeth. He was out there hips, ankles and gums and still giving Dort buckets. We saw Josh Hart play at least 46 minutes 5 games in a row and he plays both ends. Joker is 29 years old and plays one end of the court. He doesn't get to say I'm tired if they need him to go 48. He's guarding Gobert, he's resting on defense until the shot goes up. Game 7 at home is on the stars not the coach. Jokic is supposed to be all-time great. Damn the system, damn the rotation, Jokic has to get you that game.

      @@bigballer6666 Yes, if people are going to start putting him in all-time conversations and say this is his era, then the standard is the standard. Game 7 at home I expect a legacy game. If people are going to attach all-time too your name this is where we needed the first Joker game. If MJ needs 50 or 60 to take out the Suns he's going to go get 50 or 60. If Lebron needs a miracle in Detroit he puts up a 48. If Cap is out and Magic needs to play the 5 he goes out, jumps center and puts up 42/15 playing against Moses and Doc. When Hakeem won that chips in 95 he went through Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, David Robinson and Shaq... If we are talking all-time it can't be all-time of the past 12 seasons.

    It was both. After Game 2, it was clear that Minnesota was the better team. From that point, it would take an upset by Denver for them to beat the Timberwolves. After Game 5, the Nuggets had the upset in hand. Minnesota showed their superiority in Game 6. Denver choked away a 20-point lead on the way to losing their third home game, but Minnesota was relentless in the comeback. Denver losing a close Game 7 might change the narrative, but in the end it was Denver playing essentially two guys vs. at least a seven-man rotation. • @TheHrle
    @TheHrle 12 дней назад +1

    This was a failure by the organization by not recognizing what this team needed in order to compete with emerging western conference teams. From the beginning of the season you could see that this was not the same team. If they didn't want to make any trades for decent role players they should have developed their young players more by giving them more minutes to buod their confidence upnto post season. Mpj and Murray are not worth the money on their contracts since they are completely unreliable. If they don't make any significant changes they will never get pass Timberwolves..

Also, stop with the All-Star talk for Murray: hes too inconsistent. I know he was hurt or not 100%. Edit: shout-out to clownass Nick Young and role model Ja, lol. Nobody misses you guys.

    It's both a Denver choke job and Minnesota's great defense that determined this series. The choke job didn't happen until games 6 & 7. Jokic needs to work on his rim protection and clutch 3s over this summer, or Denver needs to trade for a rim protecting role player.

    There are more talented players Now than that of the 80s and 90s. And all of them are fun to watch.

    Denver got complacent in upgrading their team in the off season. They lost Green and Brown did nothing to replace them and now Jackson and KCP are more than likely going to step to where the biggest offer is which won't be in Denver. The organization has some serious decisions to make. They may need to move on from MPJ and trade him while he has decent trade value. Whether they want to break the band up or not they're going to be a lot different looking and they might as well stay ahead of it.
