I used to be in Hollywood everyday and this is thing we’re we’re careful of. People who r stuck, high, people who r suspicious. Like if it’s 100° f and someone is wearing a jacket. Or if it’s cold and someone is wearing sun classes , things that do add up. If they look metally there. Show u kids a pic of someone who is mentally not there so they know the difference. Also for lilia and addie men who look at them for more that like 5sec. Men who get close to them. I’m 15 and have delt with 2 many creeps. U as a parent should also listen and don’t think there making stuff up. Make sure to take them seriously and make sure they know it’s not a joke.

It can still be sunny when it’s cold, I know so many people that got tans/sunburns over the winter, and it gets cold where I live. Also what does a mentally not there person look like. Because in my experience a “mentally not there” person can look like anyone.
@@meIevolence like people who r mentally not stable. I could tell personally by the way they talk, there social interaction, including how they follow the social rule. How close they get to u etc. If/ when they talk what they say doesn’t make sense. And I understand not all mentally unstable people are not to be cautious around but that’s my opinion and what I do.
