Rad!!!! I love the energy and the thrill...Heck I was just out there on Lynx and Rock-it trying to dial in a new shock I bought used. I later realized the shock had no rebound damper ....

Love the mix of flow and tech on these trails. Those turns around 2:48 on Rock-It....my oh my! Big kudo's to Robert for rolling in and keeping his head straight on Car Wreck!
Yeah man! Definitely hit me up when you're in the area, and we'll rip some laps. Yah! Those turns are a hoot! And Robert...wow! We were biting our nails just waiting for disaster. That gnar garden is known for sending people OTB.
So many hikers on the legal trails on the weekends. Kudos for not running anyone over.

Talk about GoPro effect. I hiked this trail years ago with my sister and her husband. I know, with my own eyes, how steep Car Wreck is, I bet it's Sick on a bike. Great vid, and yeah, the Escape Artist is SO lucky to come out of that without a scratch.
Ha! You said it. TBH, I am always surprised how steep it is every time I come into that last rock garden. The Escape Artist...Now that I think of it, I should've called him The Magician. Ha!

Hey Alan, is that a wrist brace on your right arm? If so, what brand? I broke my wrist a few years back and looking for some extra protection when I go to the bike park. Great content! It's keeping me sane in this dismal New England winter!!

It is a wrist brace/guard. It’s the Mobius X8. It costs more than basic wrist braces but way worth the cost. It’s held up great in crashes and also adds progressive support. And it’s been beat up and has held up like a champ.
To do all them trails takes a lot of climbing and it doesn't look like you guys are riding the lightest bikes ever... ;-) Any plans for a "1 year bike check" video on the splendiferous Nomad? Would love to see it...

That was Blair's bell. Good for letting hikers know we're coming. Standard practice on mixed-use trails.
Nice I've never heard it in one of your videos before and I had wondered if it was something like that or something was just rattling just right.
If I didn't film for my channel, I'd use one in places like Aliso, but it'd make my content unwatchable. So when there are no bells in the crew, we do a lot of shouting out.
