Excellent instruction. Hope the new to me vertical rotation solves my inability to hit nothing but slice serves and also prevents injury caused by horizontal over rotation.
It’s new to me to. I am trying to push my feet hard into the ground as I begin to uncoil then as the knees begin to straighten I will go ahead and let the spine straighten out (remember it’s rotated and bent to create a shoulder tilt in trophy position). I am hoping this will promote a natural racket drop instead of me actively using my arm to move racket and thus losing out on power. So in summary, legs first then shortly after allow spine to uncoil, arm holding racket as loose as possible.
Wow, This really great tips. And it is really the first time I heard how to creat slice serve like this. Thank you so much!
