How the False I Comes into Existence

In this teaching, Lama Zopa Rinpoche explains how our perception of the self and all phenomena is created through a process of labeling by the mind. He emphasizes that everything exists merely in name, but due to our ignorance and past imprints, it appears and is believed to be truly existent. Rinpoche encourages us to understand this process deeply, so that we can recognize our everyday experiences as a hallucination and progress towards liberation.
