I have been using photoshop since it’s inception. Even though I consider myself a professional, every time I watch one of your videos I add something to my Arsenal of tools. Truly valuable videos. Thanks.
thank you ao much. I've taken a few photoshop tutorials and used curves adjustments multiple times without even understanding the true meaning behind it. now it's much clear for me what it does to the picture and how I can manage it.
I never get tired of learning more and more about this powerful tool that is the adjustment curve tool. I remember when I used photoshop for the first time and I kept playing with this tool without having the slightest idea of what I was doing. Thanks to video lessons like this it's always a great opportunity to learn more and more. Thanks Ramirez for another great video. Greetings!
amazing video as always, super helpful and learned again a couple of things (didnt know about the + and - buttons) and hey, happy belated birthday!!! cheers from austria Chris
Very helpful. I learnt a great deal from this presentation (as well as many others by Jesus). Hopefully, one day I will have understood enough to try some more of the techniques.
This is a great tutorial, especially the tip at 21:00 regarding the Automatic adjustment feature. I used this to restore some forty year old photos,. This did a PHENOMINAL job on the color restoration. It did exaggerate the contrast. I had to use the curve to adjust that aspect. Too bad Lightroom does not have a similar feature. Jesus, thank you very much.
There it is, I succeeded! I watched all of your youtube tutorials, starting from the oldest, until this one. All of them are so good. Thank you! No I will be able to watch the new ones at a less frantic pace :-)
Hi Ramirez, I really like the things you do. Really inspired to improve my skills in PS. I need you to tell me how I can get Oil Paint in Photoshop 2021. There's One tutorial you've done requiring Oil Paint and I don't have it. Thx. Keep it up again
Adobe needs to place a red warning exclamation mark next to ALL destructive procedures and then we would know what is editable and what changes are permanent. Seems an simple solution to me. Great tutorial once again. thanks
I love the channel!!! You are amazing. I am extremely new to photoshop. I work in an engineering office and have been tasked with learning Photoshop. We have scans of large (24x36) engineering drawings and wiring diagrams and I would love some tips for working with these types of files. Most of them were hand-drawn and it is difficult because there is hand lettering on them. I would be more than happy to provide an example or two. Could you do a video, or at least point me to some tutorials for this type of Photoshop work?
Great tutorial, as usual, Jesus PTC, thank you so much! Is the live hour on a specific day/regular time? I always look forward to youtube bringing me a new recording from your channel, which allows for pausing if needed and learning along, but I would love to catch a live stream if I can. Thanks again👍
Please make video tutorials about architectural visualization and how to improve rendered architectural images. Thank you very much in advance Sir. God bless.
Jesus, love your tutorials, you took me from a noob to a good photo shopper. I manually colorize old photos by hand using color layers, often hundreds of them. When I go to print them the colors are often different, there’s a loss of detail, and the picture just doesn’t look like what I see on either of my two monitors. Do you have any tricks for printing that get me close to what’s on the screen? If it matters, I use an Epson 4750 printer and printing regular photos from other apps isn’t a problem. Thanks.
often with color issues like that you are describing, check out the color profiles you are working with, i really assume thats the reason why the colors on the prints is way off, icc color profiles are quite a huge topic and can have a huge impact on the output. you should try out a few different combinations of color profiles when you convert your final edited images from RGB to CMYK or printing. good luck mate!
I am making a manipulation for a contest for first time and there is one image I don't know how to implement it, it's an aerial view of a city please help
Jesús, is the audio track *way* out of sync on the video. Unless I'm really losing it, it looked like your dialog was not describing what you were doing onscreen. Apologies if I'm wrong.
@@PhotoshopTrainingChannel Sorry for the delay in responding. In re-viewing it, it looks fine. I didn't mean to cause a panic. I must've been on overload the night I commented. Carry On, my friend!

Is there an advantage of using the curves adjustment layer over converting to smart object?
