You're a great teacher. You not only know your trade, but more importantly you know how to pass on the knowledge. Its great IQ and EQ. Thank you for the videos. The video is so good that my wife who was walking past the tv stopped to watch it 😅 and she doesn't even work with Photoshop.
Photographed first major Interior Design project. Now, the real work begins, editing using PS. This short video opened so many possibilities for my photos, SUSCRIBED.
Thank you so much, I have been using Photoshop ( as an artist not photographer ) since the early 2000's and never fully understood Curves - I learnt something today. Amazing tutorial.
Thank you for this video, I'm much more enlightened now on the topic of curves, and I feel encouraged to make more of an effort to also learn more about color and color wheels. I already did have a color wheel printed out, and hanged on my wall for constant reference.
Well done as usual, thank you. I am in the process of taking your courses (for about the last 12 months) and I’m thoroughly enjoying them and learning a lot!
Great video, thank you. I appreciate your teaching style, not rushing. Very helpful point on how using curves allows focused color adjustments vs universal adjustments with the HSL panel approach.
Thank you so very much. I have learnt so much and would really love to learn PS with you.... however living in South Africa the exchange rate is heavy so I will keep following you......
Hey Up Mark, Cracking video (Thank You) with a But... Yeah I do use them, as do many others...maybe 4, or 5, or 8 adjustments curve layers selectively adjusting areas that I feel require the added contrast. Perhaps the title should have been a little more inclined towards Photographers! "Why you should use curves", just my annoying (sorry, honestly) take on your chosen title. Be Well and Thank You.
Agreed Gary. I wish I didn't have to use these click bait titles. If I'm going to be honest, it makes me cringe!! But this is the RUclips world, if you don't make titles like that, no one clicks on it! Glad you liked the video anyway 👍
Thanks you the great video on the curves adjustment layer. I understand it better. Now I need to work on colors
You are welcome Wayne 👍

Glad you like them 👍
I've always been a bit confused about curves and didn't realise it was for colours as well!! many thanks

The finger/ image -above the droppers on left- is greyed out in my ps 2024. Extremely annoying. Why?
Hi, not sure on that but you can learn more here www.theschoolofphotography.com/courses/photoshop-course
Curves always scared me, not so much now🙏
