How to - Making an arched standing mirror! Saved over $1000!

Tasha wanted a huge standing arched mirror. They were all around $1500 so we ending up building one for around $400. Not to difficult to do if you have to right tools for the job.

I bought my mirror on Amazon and I’m trying to figure out how to remove the metal frame so I can frame it out in wood. Did you use mdf for both pieces or just the backing? I was going to use plywood but I also know the weight will be super heavy once completed.
