insane design wow, just to clarify, each relay can handle 10amp or 2770watt per relay, that means if 32 relays are on at full load you need to input 88640 watt, surely at that point the board has melted or something has died on the board. or have you designed it to latterly handle 32 x 2770 watt room heaters or 32 x 2770 watt pumps for example. Just checking for interest sake
Good morning, I am moved by your great paintings. I built an automation box , esp32 38pin module and connected an 8-channel relay module to the mcp23017 module. All of the relays function, but when I connect an ac power source to the 8 relays, the esp restarts , usually if I do so switch on /off quickly and occasionally after a few minutes, which causes the esp to restart. Do you have an answer?
it's very easy, see this link: www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=2367 this is A8 board, but the "sensor" you can use for A32, just replace with Pin number and replace with DS18B20 sensor ID is ok.
@@KinCony right, but is the ethernet port PoE capable? (i.e. Can it receive both data and power for the board over a single ethernet cable negating the need for another external power supply?)
@@KinCony It would be nice if this board had RF capabilities especially for those who use Home Assistant and want to combine as many functions in one device. Maybe in the future you are thinking of improving the functionality of this board. Yes it can be done as you say but it is not the same as when you already have the modules already installed on the board. Anyway, thank you for what you do, I have not seen so far, any manufacturer to make such diverse modules for the DYI community.@@KinCony
Nice having the NO NC contacts on the relays and the rs485 chip! Your boards are getting better each time!!
thanks

every relay load is independent. one relay 10A, we not suggest use full load, usually use 50% is safe.
Awesome!

There may be interference signals, unreasonable schematic design, or PCB wiring, mixed high and low voltage circuits.
nice improvement. have you considered improving the KC868-E8 with RS485 interface?
maybe in furture.
Hello from Spain! Is it possible to install tasmota on that device? Thank you!
sure, Tasmota support DI+DO MAX32 channel. if you use 32CH for relay, can't use DI in tasmota. if you use 32CH DI , can't use 32CH for relay.
How I can use temperature sensor on this board (ds18b20 or similar) with ESPHome? is there any instruction

Nice design, does it support 802.3af/at/bt?
support ethernet, wifi, bluetooth,RS485

Does it have wifi connection by default?
Does have a default firmware with MQTT support?
Thanks.
it can use by ethernet and wifi. you can download tasmota firmware with mqtt support. or you can download a arduino mqtt code, it's easy.
Hello
Is that system has the ability to work 24h/24
Is it safe
Can it work continutely for more than one year
yes, no problem, it design for 7*24H work time, relay can be always on.
Is is possible to powering this bird with 24V DC?I want to have possibility to control input with 24V DC
KC868-A32 is design for DC12v power supply, relay coin is dc24v, if you want to use 24v dc relay, suggest use KC868-E16T or E16S :2pcs

K box software installed already in this board?
just write some arduino IDE code for KBOX's protocol and download to board, it's easy.
do you have the code for Visual Basic?
if you do can you share
yes, in kincony's github have it.
Is it possible to use it in ESPhome?
sure, no problem
Is there any plan to add power meter to this board?
today will release new version KC868-E8T, will include energy meter function.
