The Princess V-series really makes me re-evaluate the need for a flybridge. Absolutely beautiful boat, and with that huge opening roof you are virtually outside anyway. :)
Who would dislike this video ? Are they not liking the boat and just don't know any better ? I press "like" before I press "play" Who here would love to share a 6 pack with Nick and listen to his stories ?
Zaineman according your profile pic you should rather go for Jack Daniels than a 6 pack. Lemmy forever! Other than that I am in for a drink with Nick! 👍
OK, this one I might actually be able to afford. Here’s how: 1. House prices in my neighbourhood boom, and then I sell my house 2. My parents and in-laws disinherit my siblings and siblings-in-law and leave their entire estates to me and my wife 3. My children decide not to go to university after all 4. My dog produces litters of Crufts-winning puppies every year until 2033 5. I finally win the lottery. I definitely want a flybridge, BTW. Nick, you are living everyone’s best life. Keep going - it gives the rest of us meaning.
Feck that Gareth, sell the kids, I would in fact I would sell the wife also but then I might get 6 months in jail under the trades description act for calling her a wife.
That's the dream, I can see myself cruising around the coast of Majorca in this boat. Anchoring just of the coast for the night and watching the sunset.......very nice boat, I love the layout
The big multi-million £ yachts are great and all that, but I find the packaging and use of every spare inch of space on these smaller boats much more fascinating. Keep the vids coming Nick 👍👍👍
Lovely boat. I think the V-Series makes even more sense than having a flybridge version when boating in Northern Europe, as normally weather is mixed. But if it is sunny, you can open the roof, sit outside or sunbath on the deck. Besides, everything you need, like washing machine, dish washer, ice maker, bbq, tender garage. Have a great weekend Aquaholic community!
Than you so much for showing me sunshine still exists! A weekend spent teaching PBL2 in the Solent with torrential rain and 30kts making coming alongside ”challenging" and I turn to your channel to remind me of better weather and somewhat distant (financially that is) boating pleasures. As an avowed day boat lover I have to say I'm impressed with this one. It's not garish and in your face opulence like some I've seen. I understand that might be the desire of some aspiring owners. But this one has a warmth and welcome that I can't really put my finger on. There is a subtlety to it that surpasses many others in the genre. Your reviewers certainly seem to warm to it as well. I'd love to see it anchored off Priory Bay next summer, it would certainly turn heads there as it cruised into the anchorage.
Thanks Nick! Yes, we all want to see the big yachts, but between 40 and 70 feet, I find yachts particularly interesting! Here it turns out that I would like to call it "space economy" and many details that characterize such a boat. Such a boat may also be available ...... at some point in my life. P.S. ..to be honest, my favorite yacht is the princess y85 hahahaha
Excellent boat for an owner to explore him/herself around Europe and anchor off the coasts! And with a group of friends.....exploring Europe stopping at diff ports etc and just a lazy/chill fun trip here and there! Very good layout!!
Not only at Mallorca, but in one of the best port in the Med, Port Adriano. Another good video from you. Stunning V57. The development has been fast, the V55 -2019 has almost " twice" as much space on board
It's big for it's size though and I'm impressed with how the beds are near the windows making it feel a bit less claustrophobic. But I agree, after looking at the 140 this 57 looks like a dinghy in comparison. Boats.
Only in my dreams... (Also, Gulfstream G650ER in my dreams - if I recall correctly you can't quite stand up straight in a Learjet. They are cool though).
t'was just thinking, either a jet or a cape, but agreed, how on earth does he get around so quick??? Which raises the questions, when will he grace UK soil again... For the like of us mere mortals, he's in no hurry, he defintely doesn't look stressed in the slightest. You do a fantastic job Nick, Shere Yachting Class!!!
Just to point out, at 11:16 that's where you mentioned the engineering space. That's where you could see the generator (ONAN 11 kW diesel generator) I got that info from the Princess website. I went looking because you mentioned that it was all electric cooking and I thought simply batteries & an alternator wouldn't handle that 😉 Glad you mentioned your estimates on range. I find that kind of info brilliant. Thanks again.
Nice owner operator yacht. Fast cruise speed and everything you need or could want. It looks brand new, excellent condition. Value priced under $1M. Should sell fast. Nick hope you get commission.
Nick you’re killing me!! You’ve never had an Azimut on your channel and you have an S10, no less, up your sleeve, which no other RUclipsr has done a video on yet. Less of the 5 year old Princesses and more with the world exclusives!!! P.S I love Princess yachts, almost as much as I love your channel. 😆👍
Value packed family cruiser/liveaboard vessel for sea lovers. The crew cabin is a bit of a rabbit hole: suitable for staff who have seen submarine service. The short cruising range makes this more of a 'Dockside Queen.' I keep returning to this model and thinking: more fuel tanks to replace the 'supposed' crew cabin; Captain and Cook or Stewardess wife to the VIP cabin; deckhands/engineer to the bunk berths. Beyond that, Does Anyone Dream of Sleeping at anchor in calm seas on the sunbed area at night?
The name _WHITE_ and the font reminds me of Mr White from Casino Royale. I wonder if that's intentional. The blonde wood gives a very carefree beach house ambience to the interior, perfect for sun dappled waters. The darker gloss wood band wrapping round the sides and front of the saloon is a stylish touch. I'm surprised to see both a tender garage and a modest crew cabin, I always saw it as one or the other on a boat this size (and I'd always pick the garage, hate having stuff on the bathing platform cluttering the boat's lines and stealing all-important real estate so close to the water). 40 knots sounds good! But what would displacement speed be on such a planing hull?
Anyway you could start including the hull depths for the boats you review, I love your videos and could see the information being quite useful for knowledge of whether or no it can fit in the waters ways that potential consumers would travel through and also would say that would only be necessary for boast usually under 80 feet because you'd be reaching past a 5 foot depth below the surface of the water which can get a little iffy for most waterways be it state side, EU or just most public transit ways for traveling through countries instead of around! Other than that I absolutely love your videos and keep up the good work!
Hi Nick, I love your channel! I watch all your videos from the superyachts to the sports yachts. What I would love though is a proper video tour of HMY Britannia if you could make that happen? I know it’s not a yacht you can buy but there are no good videos of it and it’s absolutely beautiful!
The V57 had and still has one of the best main deck layouts in its size. Still love it and I think they did not make much of these for the Princess usual numbers? May be about 30. Then the model evolved into the V58 which I think does not look as classy as this.
Hi Nick watch many of your videos daily, you are the best, perhaps you could tell us more about yearly upkeep costs ,and how the water system works taking sea water and converting it. Yearly costs in the Med , or Uk . That plays a factor in the dream coming to reality. Many blessings to you. Sail on
Ohhhh this one's so cheap compared to some of those latest videos. Lemme see if I have any spare change in my pocket, lol! Nice one though! 3 cabins on such a small boat, wow, amazing!
Just wondering n pardon my ignorance. The bow cabin often has beds that can be separated into 2 single beds. Has there ever been a yacht which actually has 2 separate single cabins /berths in the bow section? Is it possible?
Sweet boat but my tastes seem to be wanting something less than 60 ft that can cruise and hold food for 4000 miles. Impossible probably, but then again it doesn't matter because I'm debating on if I should spend $16 on an egg cooker.
Great boat for the money Nick but for me I would prefer not to have the rear sunbeds. That way the cockpit could be in their place. This would then allow a larger saloon area, with the galley on the same level and room for more space/ accommodation below. Still I'm sure I could live with it as is.
Very nice boat. I bet the quoted price has some room to negotiate, work hard and you could get this boat for a price starting with a 6. At that it would be fantastic. Why buy a place somewhere in the Med when you can have a place anywhere in the Med.
I would have nether thought that there would even be room for a separate little crew cabin at the back. Another example of the boat being much larger on the inside than the outside.
