Hey Kelvin, great to hear from you! Yes, I remember that you LOVE watching travelling vlogs 😀 Honestly, I haven't yet decide about the format of my videos, but I am more of an education person - so initially I was planning to speak mostly about education. Maybe I'll add the travelling aspect as well though, like in this video
You are AWESOME! Been trying to start shooting short videos about learning English, teaching and exam preparation practices... But your video has given me an inspiration and couple of ideas how it can be done, moreover, the content itself is really something, the management part) We've tried to do that in our school, but it didn't work out very well, yeah, we started it and the vision was great but with the lack of experience, strong will and loads of work to be done it all faded very quickly... And after I'd watched this video I thought to myself "hey, wait, what if we start with much smaller structure than school and do the same thing within our English department - no big responsibilities, less people to manage, more opportunities to maneuver... So the question is: am I thinking the right way or it wouldn't be that effective? It would be great to have some tools to make it work like some books on this subject, tutorial or a checklist whatever to check ourselves from time to time if we're moving in the right direction or not... Wow, it's a bit too long to read for a comment... Hope your patience let you get through and read it till the end)))
Well, first of all, thank you so much for your comment - it made my day happier. 1. Yes, indeed, managing change in a school is far more difficult than it might look on this video. You are absolutely right about these obstacles: lack of experience and will, and especially loads of work - this is a disaster in a school. The only reason why it is now relatively easy to work with this particular school in Kazan is that we had worked with their team previously so that now they are so cool and determined. Coming back to loads of work in schools - it often happens that even to simply start thinking about change in your school you have to deliberately clear some space in your mind for that. I do totally understand that. 2. YES, the SMALL STEPS is the key! Absolutely! It is a fast win - easier to acknowledge and manage change, easier to invovle people, easier to motivate yourself. Definitly. It is always better to start with something small, then circulate the new way of doing things to the remaining areas of the organization. I love that so much. As for the tutorials and checklists - lots of things can be found in the special literature, plus I hope I will be able to share something on that here. Thank you again for your comment 😊
My dream for my school is to have a permanent ICT Director that can manage and help us with this transition of going into online classes and how to deal with our students who don't have internet access. This school year is really a challenge for most of us.
Wow, that sounds so interesting and unusual to me. A myriad of questions comes to my mind. How many students do you have? How many of them don't have internet connection? Do they have internet on their smartphones? Do they have smartphones? Why exactly do you necessarily need a permanent ICT Director to manage the teachers? Can you do it yourself as a professional learning society? What are the legal restrictions of the pandemic situation out there in Philippines? Etc.
Great video and great English!
Waiting for new videos already!
Thank you! Already working on my next video ✨
Great content & start to a fantastic RUclips channel! It would be great to see more of Russia through your vlogs as well. Sending love brother!

Yup just subscribed to your channels. Well explained and nice tips, thank you.
Thank you! We have all experienced a school in one way or another in our lives, so yes - schools are really interesting.
Ilnur, you are inspiration 😃
Thank you Natalie. I'm lucky to have had some great mentors and I feel like I owe them something - so I just try to pay it forward

лайк за душ в вагоне👍🏻
Ага, душ меня тоже сильно забавляет 😀😀😀
I think shower rooms in a train are common abroad.
Might be. Well I think the showers are relevant mostly when someone travels relatively far away. Russia is a really good example for that 😀
Ilnur Miftakhov That’s for sure)
This is an amazing video
Thank you!
