In case anybody doesn’t know. This park stays open longer than Raging Waters all the way up to the 1st week of October and they stay open until 7pm during July. This park was also the first water park to officially open during covid at May 15 ( in a season pass holder ) I prefer this park better than Raging waters for that reason
Six Flags has usually overall decent water parks. This one is good and I also love Hurricane Harbor at Great Adventure. Since those two parks are the most popular in the six flags chain then they are expected to have a good water parks. Great Adventure is also ticci themed as well.
I do wish that Hurricane wasn't separately gated. It would be nice if the entrance was relocated to inside the park (in the Screampunk District perhaps) and the old entrance would be replaced by a water coaster, which would make sense considering Magic Mountain has the most coasters in the world so what better way to stick to that coaster theme than by adding one of those. Either that or expand the entrance at the front allowing guests to enter the waterpark after entering the main park entrance.
@@CoasterRanger True. But it would make it easier to have one of those two parks for the price of one. Also it would be easier than heading outside the Magic Mountain gates just to get in. I suppose one easy way to make up for that would be by having tickets that can get you into both parks like what other places do.
I really miss coming here, hopefully they open back up later in 2021 I haven’t been here since 2019 since I was hoping it would open later into 2020, let’s wait and see 🙁☝🏻🍓
You forgot a tip for single riders. Because I don't think Lost Temple Rapids or Tornado allow single riders to go on them. Since they don't, would the body slides be the first to try out?
I have a question! I have never been here and have glasses would you recommend I leave them in the car ? I do need them to see but I don't know where else to put it. Also do they allow water shoes on all slides ? I'm going tomorrow:)
Man this brings back memories. As I worked 4 summer seasons here starting WAY back in 1998.

This is wayyy better than I was expecting for a water park located at a six flags

I'm planning for 2021. Pretty hopeful, but I have nothing else to do. So if you'd like to start a conversation something to do at least
@@manny2468 sure i guess 😂
@@vaxxy3576 So yeah just here cuz I might go to California next year spring or summer.
@@manny2468 you have insta so you can follow me so then we can start a conversation?

HHLA is being used as a perk to sell the higher level SF memberships. They get plenty of guests, no reason to give it away for free.

Are they ok with GoPros on the water slides? Handheld, or do you need a wrist mount or head mount? Good video!
4:20 I love that one but it is SO HARD TO TAKE THAT RAFT UP, like would it hurt to add a conveyer?
