Shingles) my vaccines have been covered without insurance. When it is time for a mammogram and and colorectal exam I get a reminder in the mail and I don't have to pay for them. Xrays and ultrasounds? Free. What we do need are doctors, nurses, EMTs and PSWs. And we are not the only ones.

But if it was a default like "after 5 years with no arrests you are able to vote again" that would be one thing. Nope. You have to fight and fight even to get an appt to ask for your right to vote back. And even in cases where the person is clearly rehabilitated and not a criminal or a risk, they rarely get approved. The judge doesn't even actually have to give a reason why beyond "I just don't feel like you're ready yet" or whatever BS.
In my country you can’t vote if you are in jail, if you’re out then you did your sentence and should be allowed to live a normal life. This is a weird law.
