- In this video I go through what kind and size I use to display my animation cels as well as how to show show proper care.
In part 1 I put a Ran cel (Urusei Yatsura) in a 3D frame.

How about the vapours of the paint? It's not better to have a little hole on the back to let the cel "breaths"?
This was very informative, I thank you kindly for the video. I'm just wondering about the cel behind the background, since it has a window reflection painted on it, wouldn't the star field be better positioned behind the cel? Either way, it looks really great.

Do you have a video on how to unstick a cel from a sketch or backing? I was reading about making a misting machine but have not seen any videos on it yet.
Thanks, I got a cel today and I would like to frame it. I thing I want to mention is that the background the cel came with (it's a copy of a background, and I don't even think it's the correct background) is very wide, not 4:3. Can I just put a piece of colored construction paper behind the cel or will the paint stick to it?

This is my first time getting a cel so im more cautious of it being damaged.
And it's okay to have that wood spacer thing right up against the cel?
Yep, cels are plastic so as long as it isn't touching the paint on the back of the cel it's fine
@@Gamelifebalanceaustralia this is my first time owning a cel, right now it's in a cabinet, but when i get a frame, is it wise to get more than 1 mat for the front and back?

How destroy cells of animation
1.Cover in oil
2.Notice he is rain
3.Destroy first with oil of the fingers
4.Go to rain to destroy more with the background
5.Destroy the cells in self (Fire)
And 6. Fly with oil and never exist

Why did you slide the starfield below the cell with the glass reflection painted on!! The cell should be on top of you star field layer!
you are not showing one of the coolest detail of the background!!

this the worse technic of framing cels i have ever seen in my life !
Well at least it's not the worst.
