I can definetly agree Am made the right and most unselfish choice and passed to Mapimpi instead of going for a try

Any player who foregoes his own potential glory for the greater good of the team, deserves our utmost respect. Lukhanyo might have made it himself, but instinctively he knew that the defence would focus on him and Mapimpi had a better chance of scoring. We were assured of the 5 pointer (plus conversion) because he was unselfish.

@@Karma-qt4ji LOL!! Yeah, in the heat of the moment he just didn't notice Am. They're both quality players and are probably good friends on and off the field.
But thank goodness that try wasn't scored by a white player because if a white player had left Am hanging that may have caused another "Bomb Squad" scandal.
Mapimpi's kick was stellar, but let's not forget to praise Am who made two incredible passes, and out sprinted English no.9 to set up the try.

Well done to the best team effort
I am an England fan, but have to say that this was a magnificent try - as was Kolbe's in a different way.
I am against "quotas" of any sort (including 100% quotas as in the apartheid era), but I gather that Rassie Erasmus said he wasn't picking the team by quotas. In any case, it's clear that Am, Mapimpi, and Kolbe deserved to be in the team regardless of quotas.
To be honest, South Africa doesn't need quotas anymore. If coaches start choosing players based on merit, they would already be hitting the desired transformation. The ANC is pushing racism in trying to force transformation. Coach Rassie, for the Springboks, and coach Sean, for the Cell C Sharks, have proven that they can choose the best available and don't even need to try and force racial equity.
It would nice to get a response about extended highlights. Rumour has it they are region locked. If so, you can explain why atleast...
what about am doing all the work
Well not quite all the work, but certainly a lot of it. That pop pass at the end completely made the try. He could have tried to go for it himself, and he possibly or even probably would have got there, but no one was ever going to catch Mapimpi from there and Am chose the team over his own personal glory. That is the sign of a great player and the kind of guy we want in the Boks.

Oh, my, when I look at these scenes. I remember how mad I became about it. Luckily our neighbors didn't complain about my cries after this try and the later one by Kolbe, which sealed the title. I literally cried tears. Also because both tries came from non-white-players. And this was so important for a country with this troubled past.
You had to make it a bloody race thing... I can't stand people like you. YOU are the problem in the world.

@Zionism is Racism A superb passage of play. Rugby is a sport built on momentum and this was the first nail in the English Coffin after a prolonged period of pressure/momentum.
This Bokke side managed to humble a lot of people this weekend. Most of all it’s own supporters.
@@BenedictRucker hands going backwards means pass is leagal, try was awarded and the ref asked for a clear definitive reason not to award the try, the tmo could not find anything clear or obvious ref must go to the on field decision. that's the rules bud otherwise all flat passed would result in forward decisions
