It is a bad knock-off of the Pavashot Stickshot. Stickshot uses a plume technology to avoid the miss problem. It has a 60' range and is made from quality materials.

The failure is due to user error. these devices are advertised as reloadable, but not in the sense that you can shove in your own ammo. its reloadable in the sense that you need to buy extra preloaded barrels from them.
Greetings, brother, I’d buy that if it wasn’t for the fact that if you watch the whole video, you would see that I had purchased multiple units. I had several of them go off in the barrel being fired brand new out of the box. Trust me, I wanted them to work. I am definitely a fan of pepperball.
That being said, I am absolutely not adverse to going back to testing it. I may see if I can get a couple more in and we will try them out of the box. Perhaps I just got a bad batch, that is certainly possible.
Buy the real one from Pavashot! It works, and they even make a Penshot same thing built into a tactical ink pen!

Indeed, and the fact that I had the same issue on another one leads me to believe there’s a quality control problem with this particular product. Don’t get me wrong, they make some fantastic items, but this one definitely isn’t a good one. Thanks for watching and welcome to the family!

If you were Paying attention these are not designed to be reloaded there is a fiber disc that goes behind the ball
Actually, straight from pepper all “These are reloadable and reusable.” I went back and forth with them and was assured it was a defect. They are not one shot and done. Besides, perhaps you missed the part where I tested a second unit and the pepperball exploded in the barrel. Thanks for watching and welcome to the family!

This is the first video where I've seen it not work properly. But a small canister of pepper spray would be 100x more useful than this compact launcher.
Absolutely! I'm convinced that you'd have more effect throwing it at someone than actually using it ;) It was a shock though, Pepperball is a great company. (Which is why I tested 2) Thanks for watching and welcome to the family!
I agree with you and enjoyed your presentation. Pepperball generally makes great stuff, but whoever was the genius behind this should be fired. It's really a useless and gimmicky product.
Yeah it was junk :) I thought it had to be a fluke, that’s why I tested the second one, same results :-) I suppose you could use it as a weapon by throwing it at somebody really hard :-)
Just watched the Pavashot video you did before coming over to this one and I'm not gonna lie, it had to laugh at how fast and hard this shot those rounds. I'm pretty sure if you shot it at an attacker with it, the only thing it'd do is make them fall down laughing.
Byrna has cornered the market on Pepperball launchers here in California because they are the only company to work with California to create a certification course for Californians to purchase these launchers legally and be able to use the Pepperball rounds. I'm honestly surprised that other companies haven't been willing to do the same as there are a lot of people here who would love to have these self defense items when they're out and about, especially the way things are going here. The Pavashot would sell extremely well here with women and college students.
Greetings!! I suspect, or rather HOPE, that many companies will follow suit. A lot of states refuse to allow their people any form of self defense. It’s a shame really!

There are companies who do not want to cave to Californian regulations and I do not blame them for that.

Yeah, but it’s better that we found out here than somebody finding out in a life threatening situation. I actually spoke to the people at pepperball. The said they have revised model. I might actually bring another one in the test.
