My brother lives close to Indianapolis (18 miles West). I have a friend who lives in Carmel, IN. I used to live in Greencastle, IN. I live in northeast Ohio on the PA border and we have been getting a lot of storms lately.
Oh my goodness Kris! I have been HOARDING all the foot 👣 masks every time I am in a Dollar Tree! I think I have about 25 in my bathroom right now lol I have problems with my heels cracking so badly it hurts to put shoes on. I have been trying to take better care of my feet since January. These are really great in the morning drinking ☕ coffee with my feet up in little masks footies.
Hi Chris.. i am/was in the same place w you in regards to the knee.. it’s arthritis. I got the shots, as well as the gel shots and got little results. The only thing that helped me without surgery was I lost 65 lbs. for every pound u lose, u take off 4 pounds off ur knee. So now I got the shot after the weight loss and the shot has helped me 💯. Steps are the worst still. This comment is coming from a good place and hoping it helps u. Let me know what u think ☺️❤️
I have been through the whole process with my knee (cortisone, Hyaluronic Acid injections, MRI) and my doctor would not do my surgery because my BMI body mass index was slightly over 40 and post op infection would be a concern. My doctor approved a gastric bypass first to see if the loss of weight would improve my knee pain. Most surgeons won't do surgery until a patients BMI is under 40. I didn't get much relief from the injections and you have to wait 3 months after your last injection to get surgery. Just thought I would share my experience if that helps.

Be careful with cortisone Chris it can cause more trouble than it's worth 😢 If all else fails give regenerative medicine a try..
