As an old guy who grew up during the 1960's, I have to warn you that, if you get a Purple Kiss, you should see a doctor. ;) I like the sound of this group. I've always preferred lower tones in female artists, and this suits me. I haven't heard them before, but I'm going to have to look into them - there are too many groups for me to keep up with. ;)

*PURPLE KISS* is such an underrated group just like DREAMCATCHER. Can't wait for y'all to explore more of their music. My suggestion ..

Swan's voice is one of the most unique in all of k-pop, I'd follow Purple Kiss even if it was just for her voice, but then we have the talents of all the other members!!!
They write compose and choreograph a huge part of their discography! So talented and genuine🥰 definitely one of the most underrated kpop groups.

Purple Kiss is one of my favorite groups. I wish they were a bit more recognized. They just had a comeback very recently.
Try Zombie for a great example that is completely unserious and fun. Then try the Halloween version for a total remix that is super cool.
They have been pretty hands-on from the beginning with composing, writing, and choreography from the members.
They are Mamamoo’s little sister group. They brought Moonbyul on a variety show with them and it sounded like they were pretty close with her.
The vocal line is very strong Swan, Goeun, and Chaein all have good distinctive tones and play off each other very well. Even Dosie and Ireh being dancers have really good singing parts I’ve noticed.
Yuki’s melodic raps were some of the first rap breaks that I actually looked forward to as a highlight of a KPop song and I believe most of her verses are hers. She did really well on Queendom Puzzle and made the final selection.
Color us impressed!
If you'd like another track that has similar vibes, then their pre-debut single Can We Talk Again is worth reacting to. Also: Sweet Juice, which it looks like some other folks have recommended. Their title tracks are interesting in that they tend to vary the genre up from release to release.
However, Purple Kiss is also one of those groups like MMM, Dreamcatcher, Red Velvet, fromis_9, etc. that always has top tier b-sides.
Swan (the one with the unique voice, Goeun (purple hair), and Chaein (bacon hair) are all main singers and Dosie and Ireh (the two blonde members in this video) are both main dancers. Jieun (the one who wears the crown/tiara in the MV) left the group before Sweet Juice. She decided that being an idol just wasn't what she wanted.

Highly underrated group. Saw them on tour in Nov last year. Ponzoña means poison in Spanish, btw. It's pronounced pone-SONE-ya.
Fun fact: Swan (the maknae and the main vocalist) and Goeun (the center girl you liked) co-wrote this song (both music and lyrics) as a training exercise when Swan was like 15-16. Yuki (the Japanese main rapper) wrote her rap verses, as she does.

Yes u r correct purple kiss are the second girl group in RBW company after Mamamoo...they r amazing 7heaven , sweet juice , pretty psycho etc...are amazing songs of theirs i hope u get to them in ur reactions

The title is Spanish for venom and the song is about them taking you under their spell. The group is now six member and all six are main something. Goeun is main vocal, lead dancer. Dosie is main dancer, vocalist. Irea is main dancer, vocalist. Yuki is main rapper, lead dancer. Chaein is main vocal, lead dancer. and Swan is main vocalist.

Ponzona is Spanish for venom. What they are singing about is casting a spell on the listener to make them fall in love with the group. They are witches through their first 5 mini albums. When you watch their second title track Zombie be sure to watch the Halloween version as well, becaus they completely redid it. Also through those first 5 minialbums there is always a short video (around a minute)for the intro track that is thematically linked to the title track and they are all awesome. Often on the music shows they perform the intro and then the title track. Intro Crown is the one that goes with Ponzona.

Not only the name, they have a fantastic logo. They just made a come back, which, for the title track "BBB" at least, seems like a totally new style for them.
I love purple kiss! Pretty Psycho is one of my favorites. I also like Autopilot. But truly all their songs are great. Look forward to more!

RBW Entertainment has always been a big proponent of vocals. The CEO was a singer and mamamoo was his OG creation so he definitely has a vision for what he wants his artists to achieve. Been quite successful for them since RBW now houses several groups: Mamamoo, KARA, B1A4, Oh My Girl, KARD, ONF, Oneus, Onewe, Purple Kiss, Young Posse, and the soloist Chaeyeon

"The one in the center" is Na Goeun. Lol that you described her that way since imo Purple Kiss hits hardest when Goeun is center. She's not the leader (they don't have one) and she's not the main singer (that's Swan) but she's charismatic and her voice is terrific.
Purple Kiss are worthy little sisters of Mamamoo in at least two ways - excellent singers (Swan might be the best female singer of the 4th gen) and they're creatively involved in the songwriting and choreo. One thing you can rely on with every group under RBW is that their vocals are top tier (Mamamoo, Vromance, Oneus, Onewe & PK). For a small company RBW has an unusually high percentage of the best M & F singers of the 3rd & 4th gen.

@@exessen1684 Hi! Haven't seen your name in a while. I didn't know that but it makes sense since those 3 carry the vocal load. I think all the members are good to excellent singers and Swan is special. In the past couple of years I haven't followed them as closely as I did when they debuted. Imo much of their material hasn't come up to the level of their vocal talent. Not bad but not great either. KInda like BVNDIT in that way. I still expect great things from PK as they develop as songwriters.

I believe swan sang a few of demo songs for mamamoo…the one that was published on RUclips is “wind flower”
Rainbowbridge World (rbw) did a great job selecting the members. Great vocals...this is something we would expect from the company behind Mamamoo right? Unfortunately it was a bit to much for Park Ji-eun so they are down to 6 members. I think it's great that they had the all the Mamamoo members in the company as mentor's I would say for some time. Last year rbw bought part of DSP media (Kard) which is now a rbw subsidiary.
Purple Kiss has so much great songs. They have to be more in focus!

You know what? Swan the maknae composed this song as an assignment when she was a trainee and it was chosen as their debut song.

I hope somebody else can remember the title and channel name of that one awesome guide to the members. It's a long video because it covers seven members but it's in-depth without giving too many spoilers. Awesome stuff. These ladies fully deserve the attention.

I really hope you will get to know more about these ladies, they are far more than simply the faces who can dance and spit bars. They write (I am not sure if Yuki was writing her own rap verses when they guide came out, it has been too long since I saw that guide so I forgot things), they can produce, they are into other forms of art... As a group, they are just as talented as all the members of Twice.

I love this MV, especially Dosie (short hair) in the dance break. If you like the look of this video, I would suggest Bicycle by Chungha.
Well...Bicycle...um, that deserves a Heart Attack Warning, a Thirst Warning... Chungha is AMAZING and she has some really cool stuff! I would suggest other songs first in order to get warmed up and ready for 'Bicycle'. 'Stay Tonight' is a great warm-up. :)
I concur with "Sweet Juice" as a recommendation along with "Nerdy." Both showcase Swan's unique vocal style which makes her one of my favorite K-pop singers.

The rapper's name is YUKI. She is Japanese. She is the only foreign member of the group.
She is very good, love the tone of her voice.

Sad majority of mamamoo members went to different agencies and not with RBW entertainment anymore😢 but mamamoo is not disbanded. It will be harder for their group promotions though.
