It's definitely a NANCY WILSON piece of score music for the film. I've done a lot of research and it's not listed as a track ANYWHERE ... plus, it's fairly similar to "Lucky Trumble", Wilson's piece that DID make it onto the soundtrack album.

The hand writing the credits is director Cameron Crowe’s. It’s also awesome that he corrects the spelling mistake in Frances McDormand’s name.
Dang, he wrote every Actor and Actresses name.
