I just wanted you to know it's a normal thing, don't panic or be afraid, talk to someone whenever you feel it coming. It will finally go away. It actually drew me closer to God and praying. Cry if you feel like. It's okay. But believe me, it will end and you will enjoy your sleep again. In your prayers, tell God your fears without fearing, and believe He will deliver as He always does.
