@smol3113 I just can't stand consultants who would treat their brides like that. That bride is so sweet and looked beautiful in all the dresses that she tried on.

Ntm, she was rude to the always gracious & kind Randy. I hate to say this but she deserved to be fired.
I don’t like her attitude. That makes me want to end appt immediately. It irks me when the salesperson acts like they’re doing you a favor by spending your money
Especially because neither of the two dresses were optimal. I am very sure there was a much better gown for her somewhere out there, these two just did not do it.
I realize the consultant wants to make a sale but the idea that a person MUST buy a dress if they make an appointment is ludicrous! I feel sorry for the pressure that was put on this lovely bride. Smh
One appointment and not making a decision is normal but she’s come in twice I’ve seen one where they talk about girls who just come in and want to feel like a princess and leave so I assume there’s a certain point where they have to decide if that customer is going to make a purchase so they can meet their quotas she was definitely a little too pushy she should’ve been up front at the first appointment and said hey look I make money off of purchases and if you buy nothing I don’t get paid for the hours you’re here so please consider before coming back!
This is the same consultant who told another bride that the style she had in mind would make her look fat and then forgot to ask what was the budget. No wonder why she was let go.
Yikes, 2 consultants fighting in front of the bride and her entourage? I would have fired them both as soon as the bride left. How unprofessional these two consultants were, especially Claudia. Her rudeness cost her and Kleinfeld’s several thousand dollars.
I hear you, I felt pressured just watching her. The bride looked great in every dress she put on. If this was her first time shopping for dresses that could be overwhelming then bride should step back and come back. If Claudia respected what the bride said about not ready to make a commitment then she could have done it professionally, politely and welcoming so that the bride would have come back (or have a different consultant)
@@peterkrahn2224 She should have taken a hint from Joan, who recommended Amy go and have lunch, then come back and decide. No insistence on an immediate decision.
Wow I was pretty disgusted by this consultant. I used to be a bridal consultant myself- I really enjoyed being a part of the process with all my different brides. And if one thing is for sure, I never had the mentality that “I’m here to make a sale”. I told multiple brides who were on the fence that I was there to help them find the one, and if they can’t say it’s the one, then the search continues! Terrible to make someone feel so unimportant and take the magic out of something so precious.
THis consultant should be either retrained or fired. She needs to get her mind out of herself...how good she thinks she is and the money she wants to make...and get it onto her job in SERVING the bride by assisting her to find the best dress for her wedding.
The consultant didn't realize she was pressuring the bride. When the other consultant insisted that the bride remove the dress, that totally blew any chance of a sale.
Of course she realized she was pressuring the bride. She is out for the commission. Bride stated up to $5,000.00 budget. Claudia brings out a $8,000.00 gown. These consultants do this all the time on this show.
@@susanh.352I haven’t seen a lot of consultants go for something out of the price range unless she says it’s flexible if the dress is worthy, that’s just my expirence but she definitely was wrong giving her a dress wayyy out of budget
Omg, the consultant has got to go. This isn't a bride who is there just to play dress up. Easy to understand why it takes awhile to process a decision for $5k and an audience of 1k in your own church. Low neckline though is not right.
The other sales lady acted inappropriately in front of the client. She might as well barked directly at the bride-to-be to take the dress off. Really bad reflection on establishment. And, the bride is right. Yes, the sales woman knows her stuff, but she also knows the inventory. There had to be a couple of other nice dresses mid-price point, i.e., $2500-$3000. In the end, the sales woman made it looked like it was about the commission (the more expensive the dress, the more money for her.)
Claudia had a huge pressure on her bc she didn't had any sales! She didn't suit to be a consultant at all. She was loud, all over the place, too much drama, she didn't listen, it was always a mess! She got fired and started working in sales of furnitures. I hope she did a better job. I don't know when but she passed away bc of health issues.
For once I'm actually really happy the bride listened to her gut and walked, maybe she found something closer to home and more within her budget. The consultant did not realize that pressure doesn't always come from words but action and energy as well. She kept pushing the bride and her whole attitude was wrong. I felt pressure just watching it.
The Consultant could have done a better job by asking what is the budget. She’s marrying a Priest, not a Multimillionaire. She stressed the Bride throughout the consultation and did not manage her expectations very well. To top it all off she grabbed a dress that was pending for someone else, which cause an unprofessional scene in front of a stressed out client. Not good.
The consultant said she wasn't pressuring her and that it's now she works but then in the scene right after she says "no you can't wait you have to decide now." That is literally pressuring her. Not only that but she just doesn't seem like a nice consultant at all she says that this experience isn't supposed to be exciting or fun cause it isn't for her, then why are you a consultant in the first place??
Instead, of worrying so much about the sale- worry about the happiness of the client. If you're a really good consultant, then she will be more likely to recommend you. Even if she didn't get the dress that day.
After going dress shopping for myself, I was shocked that there was literally no expectation to buy a dress on the spot. They literally all sent me home with lists. So this episode is so surreal to me.
I cant believe how the consultant expressed herself about the clients experience 😮 Its like a server at a fine dinning just pushing the meal just to make a tip
Geezus, I felt the pressure that consultant was putting on the bride. She is pushy and aggressive. What's the matter with her? I would not be surprised to find the behaviors of both of those consultants at a lesser bridal shop, but not at Kleinfeld. For the other consultant to come make a scene in front of the bride is outrageous. Kleinfeld needs to do better.
