Baking bread is very easy! You will enjoy baking bread at home. The bread is so fluffy and soft. I don't buy bread anymore! I bake my own bread! And I really like it. Homemade bread is better than bought bread. Even if you are 100 years old and will never buy bread! Today I will show you a new, perfect recipe for quick bread in 10 minutes. Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
6 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Mixing.
Add 180 ml of warm milk.
50 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 600 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix with a spatula.
If the dough is sticky, sprinkle it with flour.
Grease the table with oil.
Knead the soft dough until smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough rose well.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Fold the edges.
Roll up.
Secure the edges.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Grease the baking tins with oil.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Roll up as shown in the video.
Secure the edges.
Place in a baking dish.
Roll out the second dough in the same way.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Lubricate the surface with water.
Flour.
Make an incision with a blade or sharp knife.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°/356°F for 30-35 minutes.
It all worked out.
Wait until they cool down.
It was very simple and easy.
We don't buy bread anymore!

В больших супермаркетах тоже готовят хлеб и хлебные изделия очень быстро... Для себя можно постараться и делать , как полезнее... Или делать без дрожжей ( кефир, сода)... всё готово и Быстро!!!

А в чем здесь секрет? Или я что то пропустила, все как обычно при выпечке хлеба на дрожжах. Я использую вместо дрожжей закваску и очень нравится хлебушек.

Hi I'm from India. The place where I live is very hot and humid. So if i use the same amount of liquid it becomes very sticky hard to handle. Can i reduce the liquid content so that it becomes easier to handle ? Secondly wheat flour means its a brown bread ? What is the percentage of protein in that ? what is the size of the tin? please reply I'm hopefully waiting for your reply ❤

Have you ever thought about milling your own flour from hard white flour or hard red flour (or both) -- and then using the flour without sifting out anything so that you KEEP all the God-given nutrition? In times of food scarcity you would have (a) wheat berries which if correctly sealed against moisture and tiny bugs that will last many years; and (b) something TRULY nutritious to eat. When they make flour for the store nearly all the nutrition that is naturally in the whole grain is TAKEN OUT so that the flour will not go bad on the store shelves. Then the companies sell the "wheat germ" and bran to those who are feeding livestock. The humans miss out but this makes the animals very healthy!
P.S. When baking with freshly milled wheat into flour -- preferably milled that very day and any left over kept in the freezer to be used as soon as you bake again -- you must allow the water more time to soak into the flour, and you may need to use more or less water depending on where you live and the weather. I let mine soak for at least 30 minutes or more before adding the yeast -- and then knead. It makes delicious and nutritious bread!

Тесто замешиваю,через час ,или чуть дольше осадить и выложить в форму.Не нано его столько раз мучить.
