Yes every layer is slightly darker shades of sumi. And also gets darker by overlapping too I had harder time fading on this paper so I decided to do it in this way 🙏😊 Thanks so much for checking it out

I usually get one with already treated with dosa liquid (sealer for washi) sometimes I re apply them because during painting process, the dosa can get washed away.
