A lot of people I know get discouraged from getting into Geese because the old timer or someone that taught them to hunt will typically say something along the lines of “oh you don’t want to hunt them, they are nasty to eat.” So next Fowl Friday could you maybe do some cooking recipes or tips and tricks/favorite techniques about how you prepare your birds. Thanks Bobby keep it up!

Thanks for making these teaching vids. One question for you if you were hunting a field with small tree rows all the way around it do you think it would effect how the snows came to the field? The tree rows are about 150/200hundred yards from were I am putting a spread I was just wondering if it would be a game changer.

What is your take on black or camo guns... I'm getting ready to buy one and I really want the affinity but they only make it in a black for left handed... I really want camo because it dont show as much of the scuffs...

We mix canadas with our snow goose decoys in PA> works great put the honkers off to the side. it works man I dont care what your buddy says. think outside the box and you dont need a spread of 2000 decoys we run less than 200 and get it done.
I hunt flooded rice fields with tank blinds. what type of decoys do you recommend?
Wondering what you do when you have guys in your area that are already running 2-3k decoy spreads. Would y ou u even hunt that area to get birds to check you out? These guys have permanent decoy spreads as well. I'm running 400 decoys. (Deadly decoys) half socks with full body heads and half with no heads at all. Havent worked with dark geese mixed in or major rotary machines. Any info on a over hunted area to make myself look different would help for sure. Love the videos! My favorite you tube channel for sure. One day I'll make a hunt with you on your ground or for you to come to washington to kill some honkers with me. Thanks Brother!

Thanks for your info buddy! Gold. Can you (or have you) cover(ed) how to sit in decoys. Do you have to be completely flat on the ground or can you be sitting in a really low chair wearing white? Our heads end up above the decoys when we are sitting and we feel like snows are busting us when heads just above decoys. Any advice on shooter concealment would be appreciated!!

love the video me and my father run about a thousand wind socks, two dozen full bodies with about 40 flyers. were always making our own wind socks because its cheaper. what ratio of blues do you mix in your spread?
