    Ohhhh yeah I do it slow modern exercises but we do a lazy layout where we kick then afterwards arch our backs :)

    Be very careful if you are not able to have the support of a strong core. Be aware also that you need to push your pelvis forward as well so it doesn’t go right into the lower back. This will elongate your career as a professional dancer if you are indeed becoming one.

    i tried to lean back, i thought "well not bad you did it". i recorded myself on a video and realized my back is almost straight🤦‍♀😄i think we need a good stretch for this, i think i'll deal with it in at least several months
