im glad it worked out for you.I plan on doing the same thing with my deluxe 28 sho. I have installed many new grips on motorcycles over the years and I allways put the adhesive INSIDE the grips only then immediatly slide the grip on the handle bars. usualy you only have about 30 seconds to get the grips in place before the glue sets.

I am interested in the extra weight on the front because that’s the biggest thing I find my blower rides up over anything and everything. I have purchased the LED light. I haven’t put it in yet, but time will tell.

That epoxy was screwed, all lumpy and hard in the cup. It did not mix well. In that cold it should have stayed fluid for atleast 10 mins.
