They just raise the mmr of the games you get matched until it decides if you can keep up or not. Obviously dafran can do well in any ranked lobby.

It's pretty simple really. Play more projectile heroes and you'll get better at them. Instead of switching to hitscan you just have to push through
It's about prediction of the player movements and also having better cursor placement.
you cant, bs are easy but hs are tough to hit. Even dafran struggles to hit those. Most important about kiriko are her cooldown and passiv usage
You can always go for people that are unaware you are targeting them…arrge has a great kiriko aim tutorial too
