    Amy this is wrong. I do Security work. Whoever is telling the Polices and Sherif's that we are the enemy needs to be held liable for their destructive and dysfunctional teaching. Especially when many Bosses allow this kind of action to take place. The Government continues to place my Son and I in situations that would not have NEVER been a reality if my younger Son and I had the Oakland Police complete the criminal investigation in statue. These People out here are going to be reckless, addicts, habitual liars, and whatever else. That is not any association to my younger Son and I. Peopld are going to try to get us to be at odds with one another and try to make my Sons believe that I do not have their best interest. The least the Government can do is complete criminal investigators properly and not aid misfits of society to give misfits of society a chance to break up decent Families The Government cannot blane Anyone but themselves for allowing the settled order to be violated and separating my Family. George Floyd is one of many who is dead for absolutely no reason. We have to be better in America. Misfits of society do not rule!

    The prosecution will need to prove the bruises on the neck of Ffloyd came only from Chauvin, since their expert claims those bruises contributed to his death. Given how much happened before Chauvin even arrived (not first on scene), doubt can be cast on that claim if any of the lead up shows the bruises could have come from when the other cops were trying to get him into the car, or when dragging him out. Remember the standard should be "beyond a shadow of a doubt". Not "we must have a scapegoat."

    The prosecution case is strong but it might be worth adding expert testimony that even if the $20 bill were counterfeit - and I've not heard that conclusively established yet - many such bills are unwittingly passed by law abiding citizens, and cops know this. We know from the co-owner of the store that George Floyd would visit Cup Foods several times a week and would pay his cellphone bill there. It seems unlikely he would have taken such a chance to use a bogus note at that store with such a certainty that the police could easily track him down.

  • @denniscerasoli6209
    @denniscerasoli6209 3 года назад

    Regardless of the video and what we have heard so far Chauvin can't get a fair trial and remember you can't convict if there is any doubt what so ever and that could be the case before the trial is over. I don't know if he was charged with manslaughter if they can't get a conviction for 2nd degree murder particularly with intent. When the defense presents its case it could turn out with a reasonable doubt for murder but that in my view would put jurors possibly in harms way if they don't find him guilty as charged I don't think there is any doubt about that bc we have seen the results of past cases. What idiot would intentionally murder a person in front of a crowd? As of right now Chauvin looks cooked but there's a long way to go so stay turned. If they start trying people and giving it to the public to decide we're all at risk.

      The lawyers' job is to present a case, for prosecution and defence - even if the defence counsel believes the defendant is guilty. The jury decides on guilt and innocence. The judge sums up the case and decides on sentence, if relevant

    • @ChannelMath

      sometimes the law is wrong. Thankfully, the jury is allowed to come to whatever conclusion they want, even if it's not legally consistent. As Chief Justice Holmes said, "The strength of [our law] is that the outcome of a case is decided first, the reasons afterward" (which, in another context, is pretty chilling)

He placed George in the car and George screamed he couldn't breathe in the air conditioned backseat, and begged to be put on the ground, if an officer has someone on the ground they are taught to use head control. The training is to blame.
