George Benson is more known for his singing and jazz guitar playing. He even scats while mimicking the sound of the guitar in the song which he does excellently. Great reaction.
I said I wouldn’t do this😂 he was one of my mom’s favorite jazz artists. I heard a song on one of her tapes and chased it down for years. It’s gorgeous and it’s called “ We as love” Miss you mommy.❤❤❤😢
Thanks so much, Sceez! this is my favorite by George.. the combo of jazz/blues... when I first heard it as a teenager, my friends and I "didn't get it".. we thought it was weird and funny that he sang along with his own guitar.. it took me a while (years) to truly appreciate that talent! His cover of "On Broadway" is also fantastic.. appreciate your appreciation... lol
1 of my favorite songs. I love George. I loved your reaction. You're always open to a lot of different genres. Keep em comin. Please react to Mary J. & George's colab called Seven Days live. They killed it! Thx
Sceez… This is a George Benson classic!! Keep digging into theft 70’s 80’s R&B classics. These instrumentals and lyrics is what’s missing today. Lost within all of this sampling and remixes. Not much originality.
George Benson is playing the guitar and singing. He is a true legend!! There's much more music from him - DON'T MISS OUT!!
One of my favorite George Benson songs hands down. Check out Turn Your Love Around, Give Me The Night and Everything Must Change ft Rachelle Ferrell!
I haven’t heard George Benson in years!! So good!

George has got it.❤
Leon Russell wrote it, Benson took it to a new place. But Leon was such a great musician and song writer. One of my first musical loves...
I’d love to hear your reaction on his song Breezin’
Got to see him up front in a San Diego concert. Then Kenny G played. I’m telling ya… the whole evening was heaven to my ears!
