    Right so I did the “looking for and focussing on positivity” challenge yesterday for 24 hours, and it was MAGICAL! Wow. But just woken up today after a rough night, bombarded by negativity and SO tempted to go there. Been doing that for almost one hour, drowning in shame, because I haven’t known anything else for most of my life so far. But, no more. Here’s to another 24 hours of looking for and focussing on positivity, HOWEVER extremely difficult this battle (or war) feels: I’ll report back tomorrow: thank you so much Evan and Veljko ❤️🙏

    Every morning when my eyes open and I get up I always revise my past events what I have thought before sleeping
    So in the morning, it is starting with the opening eyes I have passed my 4 years for thinking what about the future, I want to make better than before so that solution comes to my mind and continue to exercise to reach that target.
    So one of the best ideas I see, my daily life is itself a drama or the picture I am working in this picture my work is another opportunity it gives me a benefit in the future.

      I'm glad I subscribed; I have unheard of stress. Chronic pain. Titanium in my shoulder; 3 anchors- it was forced out in healing time. Physically it's suffering everyday. Nerve damage, calcium deposits and deformity. I've been threw a lot. My Mom just had a mastectomy this is her 2nd time with surviving the darn c word. She is in recovery!
      As for me; heredity and a lot of abuse and at a hospital. Can't do nothing about : ( That's who caused the harm to my shoulder. Bones depleting quicker then my Mom.
      It's hard someday's to think it's going to get better. I try everyday. I go to physio. I need massage.
      If you heard the whole last of 2018-2019 of deaths to health and lack of a lot; I think u would be in awhh and saying, "When do you catch a break lady".
      It's unheard of all that is going on, I am getting through a bit by bit. But how I used to be, I gotter done!
      A lack energy, and I'm hyper usually. I am diagnosed with a syndrome/disease.
      I have a sibling that drains me too. But not there fault. But Wow I took on a lot.
      No one has much to say to me...
      Karma, I'm not a psw, but sit around people with problems; I hear them and encourage them. That's, " Me time", REALLY.
      It's not what I need. Now I know these people are negative energy vampires.
      Anyways I thought I would write you directly.
      There is more.
      I am a strong woman, but there is a thing called a breaking point.

      Mind you I'm not completely out of shape.
      I used to be in awesome shape like, fitness model shape and wanted to do many things.
      Life sometimes makes a turn. "Can't Control it, Roll with it".

    Q1: Yes I will commit to not hitting the snooze button. Im building a habit of going to sleep early and waking up at 4 am to get a head start so not hitting is going to be huge for me.
    Q2. I need to stop consuming content without applying. "Revelation is in the application"
    Q3.a negative mentality that needs to change is "oh I'll do that tomorrow".

    1. Yes. No more snooze button, already embarked on that. After reading Jocko's book.
    2. I need to travel more, become more mobile. Definitely. In addition, I've struggled with quitting smoking 100% I cheat every now and then, then justify it to myself somehow, but no longer. (Tough one!!)
    3. As far as negativity, I'm generally positive more often than not, I am going to make a concerted effort to not let little things annoy me, there are certain things folks do that irritate me, and I need to overcome that. It makes for a bad disposition, not cool.

    1. I will get up after my first alarm, but meditate to bring on a peaceful beginning to my day.
    2. Combat self-sabotaging behavior when I notice it.
    3. I will make more of an effort to apply what I learn, instead of “retaining it” but letting the knowledge go to waste.

      Another good source of eliminating negative self talk is videos by Joe Dispenza, and the book 'breaking the habit of being yourself.'

      Choose to make your actions and yourself aligned with the conditions for you control yourself and therefore it is your choice to live for your purpose (unless your clinically unable then you need other alternatives to realize your choice in your life).

    Basically hurt all last year had surgery and I'm returning to work tomorrow. I applying all these principals. My life needs to change. My childhood was horrible and my son will have the world. 2019 your mine!!

    1. I will never hit the snooze button again, and I will begin waking up at 6:45 every weekday.
    2. I will stop being half-hazard with my actions and I will start being more conciencious of my actions.
    3. I must change my mentality of being so hard on myself, thinking I'm a failure when in fact I am very successful.

      I will. I made a rope so I can turn on the light switch from my bed. As soon as I hear that alarm I will pull the rope to turn on the lights. I will use creativity to break the toxic habit. Thanks for replying.

      I used to have that problem. I put an alarm in the living room and my phone with another alarm in the bathroom. The bathroom alarm goes off 5 minutes before the living room alarm. I also have a timer on the bedroom light that comes on 5 minutes before the bathroom alarm. I also have an alarm on my phone that goes off an hour before I go to sleep. That tells me my phone goes into the bathroom and I get ready for bed. It sounds like you may not get enough sleep. Get a good before bed routine going and get to sleep in time. Getting up will be much easier. I've kept this routine for years because it works for me. Good luck!

    I've stopped hitting the SNOOZE button for some time now, because I saw that it led me to procrastination during the day. I had been very close to poverty, so the idea of it which I should change is to think that money isn't good and that I don't deserve it. And the negative mentality that I am changing is also to believe that I don't deserve success and that I won't do it through my trial period toward motivation. This was a very useful list. Thank you!

    This video was DYNAMIC!!! I loved everything that all had to say, especially Eric Thomas. Love him! Thank you for this wonderful education and giving me something to strive for and to measure. To answer the questions at the end of this piece:
    1. Will you commit to no longer hitting the snooze button? Yes.
    2. What poverty behavior must you stop? Victim mentality and refusal to network and travel.
    3. What negative mentality of yours must change? Trying to better myself and still having that old mentality. I do not apply and replace. I just keep going trying to break out of old skin but not realizing that I am not applying the new things I have learned to do it. Much work to do but I am doing better than I was last year. Again, thank you tremendously.

    2. the poverty behavior I need to stop is not feeling like I'm always behind everyone
    3. The negative mentality I need to change is constantly trying to please everyone. I have new years resolutions but I also gave myself a theme this year which is "at all times act like you would if no one was watching"

    I never sleep with my phone in my bedroom, actually can't stand cell phones but need mine as I need it as the only phone I have in my house, only way to be reached!

    I have never done this before, but better late than never.
    - I will definitely commit to not hitting the snooze button by not setting up a timer afterwards and getting a proper alarm clock.
    - The biggest poverty mentality to kill is refusing to travel (more fear of judgement than anything else)
    - The biggest negative mentality that needs to change is the one that's been holding me back for years; minimizing myself or the work that I do (Pretty much in line with minding my own business, and have pride in what I've done so far)

    I can't say which habit I like the most. Dan Lok is absolutely right about energy. I remember, close to 2years ago, my digestive was acting up and it was chicken. Chicken will drain my energy, now I feel alot of better. Evan, your videos are the bee's knees.

    I went through a series of traumatic events the past few years. Two years ago I had a major surgery that left me with a disability on my left leg, cost me my job, affected me in so many ways. My life just froze. I've been home for 2 years recovering and trying to figure out what step to take next. I feel like I'm wasting valuable time and I can't seem to make a decision. My emotions and trauma has taken over my life.

      Poverty is sad, poverished PEOPLE are everywhere! Soldiers missing there wives. I find also poverty. They fight for our country and may never see there loved ones again.
      PTSD is not fun.
      Didn't watch, but I'm sure some of us had a taste of it.

    Oh dear, I’m afraid I didn’t do that well. Wow, to look only at positivity when you’ve had an attack of shame is REALLY difficult. I did try though, I didn’t give up: I’ve just learnt how I’ve got to ignore what the mind is telling me and what I can see, have faith, and do this. I’m sorry Evan and Veljko, I didn’t want to put this answer here, but I also didn’t want to lie. I’m feeling very bad. But I guess now, a new day, and it’s my choice what I do today. And I’m determined to do this. Ok (and I hope you’ll give me another chance 😊), I commit to consciously only focussing on the positive until tomorrow morning. 💪🙏

    #7 is my biggest hurdle to conquer. As focused and dedicated I want to be to my growing business, I struggle because I don't take the time to cook wholesome meals and end up feeling tired a lot from eating on the go. I don't want to take any time away from my business so I'm sacrificing my health. Not good. I also want to incorporate a daily walk at minimum.

    Thanks. My phone stays in my bedroom, but it is set to power down at 10pm which is my bedtime.
    I commit to stop lying on the bed to work, I changed it instantly.
    I commit to stop giving negative feedback before I give positive ones.
    I commit to get out of bed as soon as I turn off the alarm.

    The best thing I have ever done is a three fold. I quit caring what people think of me, it also made my anger drop tremendously and I no longer hate anyone. There are people who I do not care for, but I don't hate them. Hate is weak, but it drains you.

As for your questions I am really feeling so embarrassed to say that I don't even hit the snooze button but I totally switch it off.😣 I do that everyday & I need to stop that habit immediately. To stop my poverty behaviour I must refuse to have the victim mentality, invest more & travel more. The negative mentality I must change is to stop procrastination.

    2019 is all about life changing habits. Less phone time, social media cut to 1 hour every sunday, getting back into Martial Arts and every month, i have to make more than the previous month. No month can I make less.

    Evan there's not alot of good people in my life to draw or mimic the inspiration you bring to the table in the does that you do man. Freaking awsome. I watch the same vids sometimes 15 or more times in a row. The quality and information is so fuckin super dense that I feel bad that I can't even comprehend what I'm listening to man. Its deep man. Deeper than words. But I feel that's were my inspiration comes from the feeling an honesty that comes out of these people's videos.
    I inspire to absorb this way by practicing the info an manipulating it in my life to work for me.Awsome. you got a gift buddy on putting this youtube stuff out.keep on keeping on happy new year. Hope this made sense
